Not what we expected
When we arrived we found the home to be dirty- sticky floors- dirty carpet-old food in the sofa-
The home was furnished with cheap furniture- we had to put the end table in the closet because it was so wobbly we were afraid it would break-
Supplied 6 towels for 10 people
No extra sheets or blankets
The pillows were hard foam blocks- we had to go purchased our own.
The pool has NO light so we couldn’t use it after dark for safety reasons with children
The game room was a complete joke! All were not used the entire trip as they are old and small only for a young child
There is black mold in the upstairs master bedroom on the walls and door
The vertical blinds were falling onto the floor when you opened the pool doors.
The community charges 33.00 to use the facilities of which we could not use because they were overcrowded and couldn’t not even get a chair.
The house was spacious
The area was nice and close to shopping
The home was overpriced for the condition of the home
We did complain to management
They sent a maintenance person who was nice but could only fix the blinds
Carpet guy showed up just as the kids went down for a nap so I asked if he could come back later or the next day and we would leave - he never came back
This is our 10th year coming to Fl and renting a vacation home -by far the worst. This is the first time we rented on VRBO who then had us pay a second party. We even asked for a different unit which was not offered or addressed.
