This home is in a great location just about 10 miles from Disney! Sea world Orlando is about 17 miles and Universal Studio’s and Islands of Adventure about 21 miles. Even closer to home you’ll be less than 3 miles from the main interstate I-4 and Champions Gate for supermarket (Publix), restaurants, bars, shops and golf and less than 5 miles away for a movie theatre and the Posner Park Shopping Complex.

Your rental has access to the fabulous Solterra community facilities. The fabulous community pool area has a large beach entry heated pool, with slide, there are cabanas and sun loungers, a spa and a covered luxury sitting area for when the sun gets too warm. There is a covered seating area and inside the club house you will find a TV, more air conditioned seating -a Tiki Bar and Lazy River! There is also a Gym if you have any energy left and a tennis court, volley ball, children's play area and soccer field. All this within a few minutes walk of our home. Each booking will require payment of community access fee to use the club house area, one fee per stay per group (not per person) currently $38 up to 12 guests. Payable on first use of facilities or we can pre-pay for you.

Our wonderful management company is based close-by keeping the home in immaculate condition and attending to any issues very quickly.
PARKING
2 cars on Driveway, up to 3 others in marked bays on roadways - all must show car pass.

For the little ones we have a baby crib and highchair (2nd available) and stair gates - included.
House Alarm, - all doors to our pool area are alarmed for pool safety. Pool safety fence.

* Pool heat can be added to your booking. Cost pool $40 per night
* Gas BBQ can be added to your booking, $75 plus tax, cost includes Gas bottle (one per stay, guests to replenish if more needed) Guests are asked to leave in a clean condition.
