Don’t wait for guests to tell you what is missing from the buffet; You are taking forever to refill missing items; Don’t place Out of order signs just so you have a reason to save money by not providing food items; weak breakfast menu. Very thin walls, you can hear the other guests.

My experience was not so great. They were kind enough to let us check in 15 minutes before check in time so we can leave our bags and get to our first attraction. My first impression was that the room was very small. But since we were just dropping off our stuff, we were not there very long and I didn’t pay too much mind to it. The room was very cold when we arrived so I lowered the AC a little bit before walking out. When we came back, the room smelled really bad. Like sweatiness/locker room. We were so exhausted that we just wanted to shower and get in bed to go to sleep. Unfortunately, the pillows smelled like someone’s sweat. The pillows smelled like they had not been washed/cleaned. Very disappointing and disgusting. The hotel removed our parking fee in the morning to make it right. The other thing that was disappointing was that although we placed the do not disturb door hanger outside our door, housekeeping still came and knocked. I don’t understand why if the door hanger was there.
