Terrible, Filthy, Lack of Care/Concern from Management, Horrible "Security" to enter neighborhood
If I could upload pictures I would; however, please know that this home was beyond normal wear and tear. I made multiple phone calls and sent multiple e-mails. Management was slow to respond and laze-fair about my concerns. Below is part of the e-mail I sent to the owners of the property management and they NEVER RESPONDED to my concerns- not even an apology or offer of compensation.
Please be aware that we NEVER RECEIVED PILLOW CASES. I requested them upon our arrival as well as numerous other times. We had to put our own tshirts on the stained pillow cases in order to sleep.
I understand mishaps occur, rentals run down; however, families/friends save for months on end to have stress free living accommodations. My recommendation is to train your staff to apologize to patrons, not make them feel as if it is no big deal to have their homes void of sheets, towels, pillow cases, wet towels, dust caked on items, soiled/stained pillows and comforters, etc.
-It took 3 days to receive SOME sheets.
-It took 2 days to receive towels.
-It took 3 days to unclog a shower drain.
-It took 4 days to unclog a 2nd shower drain.
-It took 7 days to never receive the 10 requested pillow cases.
-We never received an initial roll of paper towels.
-We never received an initial roll of toilet paper.
-We never received an initial garbage bag.
-Bathroom exhaust fans caked with dust.
-Bathroom shower doors and tracks lined with mold.
-Staircase handrails sticky to touch.
-Carpet stained and ripped beyond normal rental wear and tear.
