No need to keep searching, book it!!!

Our family of 5 loved all the space this property had to offer! Very convenient location for Disney, Orlando Airport, and beach! The community pool was very nice and a super short walk. Also want to mention what a nice area this condo is located in. We have little children so a safe/quiet area is non negotiable for us! We will be returning here on our next Orlando trip! Thank you for an awesome vacation!!!

This was the cleanest condo we have stayed in. It was our first time at Vista Cay but it definitely will not be the last. Our condo was perfect size, very clean and comfy. The only downside is that i like a softer bed and it was rather firm. But thats not an awful thing, I didnt lose any sleep. The pool is very nice and clean as well. I also loved the added feeling of security seeing the property patroled.

This condo is very clean and updated. Location was perfect for us as we were near the Convention Center. It is not a bad drive to other parts of Orlando. The communication with property management was quick if needed. I liked the layout and spacious rooms and bathrooms. Highly recommend this condo to rent!

Great location and price

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is clean, easily accessible, and close to many amenities. We appreciated having plenty of space and separate sleeping areas for the adults and kids. It was easy to get ahold of management with any questions and concerns that we may have had. We would stay here again.

Amazing property

Great location and price

The condo was very conveniently located to our activities (Disney, Universal and the airport). It was walking distance to groceries and there were an unlimited selection of restaurants less than a couple of miles away, as well as many other activities. The condo was very reasonably priced and quiet while we were there.

Convention & Mouse Visit

Had a 2 week stay for a convention and visiting the Mouse with adult family. Nice property just as photos and description show. Pool warm and inviting in late November. For those attending a convention the walk is about 30 minutes as this unit is east end of property and convention center is west, So we Ubered most of the time. Location is convenient to all other attractions and there is a grocery store and restaurants literally across the street.

Excellent location, very comfortable stay

The place was wonderful. Literally the "only" issue I had was I could not cast my phone/tablet to the TVs so we could see watch streaming. Location was great, lots of restaurants near Icon Park, and entry into Universal each morning was a breeze.

8 day stay great location and perfect unit

Wonderful apartment style VRBO on bottom Floor. No noise from traffic or other units. Very clean and nicely stocked kitchen. We made and ate breakfast every day. Super comfy two queen beds. Great for kids with two twin beds too. Owner very responsive and courteous. No problems at all during our 8 day stay and we would definitely choose this unit again! This unit is in a GREAT location - can walk to grocery store, hair/nail salon, NYPD pizza, boba tea. Very close to universal studios, Mario Andretti, and excellent restaurants!

Nice place and convenient location

The location of the condo was perfect for our family! Walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. We had to go to the Convention Center during our stay and it was right down the street. Gary and Bob were most helpful during our stay. Our only recommendation for the condo is that the owners do some much needed upgrades. The appliances are outdated, the bathrooms are huge but need updating and if your personal preference is a nice comfy bed, this may not be the place for you. Gary did try to accommodate by providing us with a pillow top, but the owners can do better especially for the money paid. Overall, we love the Vista Cay area and will definitely return.

Great location, nice space

We were in town for a 1 week long convention at the Hyatt Regency Orlando - my wife, daughter, and I did not want to squeeze into a small hotel room for that many days so renting a nearby condo seemed to be a good idea. It was a great idea!!! I have no doubt we saved money in the end and had a much more pleasant experience. 3 rooms, kitchen, living room, and laundry all included. The host responds very quickly and is super attentive. Proximity to a big supermarket is a plus as we could fix our own meals (especially breakfast each day). Nearby restaurants were nice also. Our daughter enjoyed the pool also. Next time we are in Orlando, I would not hesitate to stay at Gary's place again!

Amazing stay for Aau Volleyball Nationals

We will definitely be back next year! Our son and his team played at the Convention Center. Awesome location for tournaments there! Communication was phenomenal! The condo was spotless! We can’t wait to return next year!
