This stylishly furnished vacation home has many small personal touches and amenities that will make your stay like a home away from home. A small Dog under 25 lbs can be accommodated for a nightly Pet fee. Please inquire with host.

THE SPACE
The condo offers a spacious open plan living area with a comfortable seating area, 60” smart TV and large dining area. The kitchen is open plan, fully equipped with granite work tops plus everything you might need for a quick breakfast to a gourmet meal. The cook can chat with people perched at the bar or relaxing in the living area. The den offers a sofa bed and a full size desk with ink jet printer (you will need to supply ink/paper if empty). Beyond the living area is a furnished patio ideal for enjoying a morning coffee while you enjoy the warm Florida sunshine.

BED & BATH
There are 3 bedrooms: The master suite with king size bed with brand new Beauty Rest pillow top mattress, a 45” HDTV and a vast en suite bathroom with his n her vanities, oversized soaking tub, large walk in shower and screen WC. The guest suite has a king in one bedroom and two double beds in the other, all with flat screen TVs. and a family bathroom. A full size laundry room in the unit means you can pack light and save suitcase space for outlet shopping!

**We are very excited to announce the opening of our new East Side Pool amenities at Vista Cay Resort. The new amenities include two brand new pools, a hot tub, new pool bar, a kid’s splash pad, a fire pit area and lots more. There is a map of the resort with the location of the new East Side Pool attached in the listing pictures. Now that the East Side Pool amenities have opened, the renovations to the main resort pool, hot tub and pool bar are taking place now. The Clubhouse including the Gym, Gift Shop, Park Tickets Concierge, and Games Room will remain open at this time. We have discounted our rates to compensate.

DIGITAL GUIDE
We provide you with a Digital Guest Guide packed with information for the condo, resort, and the area. This will be sent with your arrival information, it is in your House Manual, and there is also a QR code that is located in the flyer on the kitchen wall.

Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Barber Shop, and several restaurants.
