The Waldorf Astoria Orlando was an absolutely wonderful property… The food… The pool… The hotel overall is just incredible! The staff is wonderful. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous and very spacious… And the Resturant Bull & Bear is really wonderful!! My family and I have stayed in this hotel multiple times and we are never disappointed… I absolutely recommend this property

This was my second stay at the property.... the 1st time was excellent. Ran into a few issues with the second visit; asked for a second luggage rack had to be reminded to bring - took all day to receive, had to request a blow dryer, blood on sheets that was not mine, room had a slight odor. Lost power for a short period of time as well.

When we arrived they did not have the room we reserved for us and they told us we can get a much smaller room with the same view and get a $120 cruder per night even though when I reserved the room the difference between the suit we reserve and the one they want it to give us was over $300 per day Anyway they gave us another room as big as ours but not the same view, we still were ok with with it but over all the hotel had a very bad service was not 5 star and the food in the restaurant was very bad they didn’t even have a gift shop or a coffee shop the location was ok but for the price u pay I definitely recommend to get the Hilton next door because it’s no difference at all I would never stay at this property again and don’t recommend it all
