Not the best westgate experience. Worst location I’ve ever visited. Nothing to do at this location. Very basic and boring. I should have went back to the westgate on turkey Creek! Room was disappointing. Bed was hard as a rock! If i didn’t know any better i would have thought it was a box spring missing a mattress! Shower water pressure sucked. Closet door kept coming off track. Couch was falling apart. Room wasn’t properly cleaned. Rude staff hung up on me when i was locked out my room. Then lied and said i was swearing at them. ( never happened) no food onsite you have to order or go shopping. WASTE OF HARD EARNED MONEY. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!

This place was right in the middle of everything we needed. Every restaurant you can think of is within minutes. I needed Walgreens and it was less than 5 minutes away , universal studios less than 5 minutes away. I went souvenir shopping my last day and all the shops were less than 5 minutes away. I also liked the security guard at the gate and also seen them walking the grounds late in the evening. Felt very safe for me and my family. I will definitely be returning and and recommending to family and friends. Just the location alone was a huge convenience for me. I didn’t use the pool at all because we had theme park tickets every day so I can’t speak on that. But I was satisfied with everything , no complaints at all.

The room was dusty and Wi-Fi kept dropping. Their excuse was there are too many devices logged in. That is crazy, it wasn’t my first time staying there and I’ve never had that issue, but it is what it is. Succes the Bellman is awesome by the way.
