Property was beautiful but the customer service was not at level you expect when staying at a Ritz-Carlton. Concierge was unhelpful and seemed bothered when I inquired about available activities on the property. The servers by the pool ignored the cabanas until I went up to the bar to ask how I could place an order. In-room dining was good but we did order the charcuterie plate two nights while we were there and the second time we were given a portion that was half the size and the staff member who delivered was dismissive when I brought it up. The Ritz-Carlton at Dove Mountain falls far short of being the gold standard of customer service that Ritz-Carlton is known for.
