Breakfast was meh
Everyone was very helpful and the hotel is comfortable, very clean and close to downtown. Our only complaint comes in the breakfast. It is in a very narrow room, limited items, and there was a line that went out the door my husband wanted a breakfast sandwich and waited in line for 20 min to get access to the microwaves. There was limited seating, especially if you had children. We either had to set at the one tall table or on a sofa. There is plenty of room to either put some more tables or restructure the access to the breakfast area. The people stocking the area were moving as fast as they could and worked hard to keep everything stocked.

There is a public hair in the towel. The coffee table is not clean. The receptions are not so accommodating. The toilet don’t flush. Need to ask for help and they just hand me a plunger.

We stay here a lot each time the service is different. This time wasn't asked for I'd to prove who I was checking in. We were shocked pool temperature was way cold to point goosebumps. We did not like that we don't get room service the entire 4 days. We continue to stay here because it is one of the better hotels and. Close to everything even dining. We love that hotel allows early check in.

We were two older ladies put next to families with loud kids, there was no microwave in our room. The continental breakfast was some jimmy dean muffins, cereal, yogurt and some pastries….. not what I was hoping for, but hot tub was perfect. And staff was friendly

Great place we had our dogs with us the pet friendly room carpet wasnt great it had ripples in it and the tv in the room was at least a decade old and may 24" a little upgrade would go a long way . Nice place

Favorite hotel in Wenatchee. VIP room gets bottle of wine which is nice. Can walk to downtown shops and dining. Parking gets full in main lot but street parking or parking in back is open. Room size is good. Dog friendly.
