Sub-par Air Conditioner in room. The rest was good
The staff was friendly and courteous. The room was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. The biggest thing for me was the Air Conditioning. I like to keep my room at about 64 degrees. The room was probably about 76 degrees when I first checked in, which is no big deal. But after running the air conditioning set at 64 degrees on full blast for 2 hours the room hadn’t cooled down at all. So I felt the vent and it was blowing warm air. So I made sure I had the ac set correctly and it was, alas, the cold refreshing air never came. Ac is a big thing for me, however everything else was nice.
