We stayed at the Hilton because of the proximity to the airport which was helpful because we had an early flight. The hotel is dated, the elevators didn’t work well and there was a water and drainage issue in the bathroom.

The property was in few minutes walking distance from the airport which was very convenient...rooms on the other hand were very small with minimum amenities. There was basically no room to walk around the room. There was this strange humming noise inside the room all through the night. Everything was really at a minimum quality. Elevators were small and one was broken down anyway. For the price i paid i was expecting better service.

Only good thing about his hotel is that it's convenient for overnight layover traveler being right beside the airport. The room was very specious. It is outdated but usable. Service in the restaurant is terrible. You call front desk, They don't answer. I tried calling in 2 different occasion and both times (an hour apart from each other), it just rang and rang. I went downstairs to talk to them and there were no guests checking in or that they were helping. They just don't want to answer the calls. It definitely doesn't feel like you are staying at a Hilton. It feels like you are staying at a cheap motel. For the price they charge, you would expect they update it and would get better service.

We are Hilton members and we were very disappointed in the hotel at Rome airport. Our room smelled like sewer, and the room is very basic. It's just conveniently located at the airport. I would rather take a taxi closer to the airport than stay here again. When we asked to be on another floor, they said no. Very disappointed

Tired and dated, but nice staff
Convenience to the airport is its biggest selling point. Rooms tired and dates, no socket anywhere near the bed to charge a phone. Breakfast very good and lovely staff. I have just checked and I have pending charges from the spa there, which is a mystery as I never used it. Goodness knows What has happened.

Good stay overnight at FCO. Easy access from train station at the airport - long walk but inside air conditioned elevated walkway. Limited to what you’d expect from airport hotel but large clean rooms and good food and service at the restaurant and bar. Allows you to relax and simply walk over in a few minutes to the terminal.
