The hotel itself is great and the staff amazing. My only issue is that there is no parking and the parking surrounding the hotel is VERY expensive. So please keep that in mind. But the staff, the hotel and amenities are amazing

The staff were really nice and helpful. The location is very convenient because it’s right next to a metro station. The room is on the smaller size but I don’t mind. Overall really nice.

It was an uneventful stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and staff was nice. Nothing really to complain about. Hotel was close to two subway stations so very convenient and decent amount of restaurants and convenience stores around. This hotel is definitely a recommend.

We stayed at another APA hotel chain in Tokyo around the same price but they had much better facilities and bigger rooms. We struggled with luggage storage in this one and we only had two standard bags. Okay price point, perhaps better for solo travelers or business trips.
