The hotel has no lobby, the room is uncomfortable, and the staff isn't helpful according to Japanese standards. We split our Osaka stay between two hotels: Best Western and Miyako City. They are similar in price, but their service and comfort are distinct. Miyako is 5 but Best Western is 2 with 5 being the highest score.

The property is in the financial district. Close to two subway stations. The staff are friendly and the room is comfortable, good size and clean. Room cleaning provided daily if desired. Dinning options are a little limited in the area though.

Great hotel.
Nice hotel but a little bit far from train stations and the main attractions. Hotel was nice and clean and the rooms were decent and was enough for three adults. The staff at the front desk was super nice and very helpful. They spoke perfect English and was incredible in every way. Overall, would recommend booking again.
