Located a short stroll away from the west exit of Osaka station. Very convenient. And though it’s next to the station it is not as noisy as I thought it would be. Also, having a later check out time is a plus for me. Will definitely stay again the next time I’m in Osaka.

Room was overlooking the JR tracks and was too noisy at night. Convenience stores too far away, almost a ten minute walk. Close to the JR station and the new Kitte mall. Underground mall called OsakaGarden City was nice and close to shops at the Ritz Carlton. I can’t recommend this hotel because of the noise.

This hotel is very convenient to Osaka Station (once you get through that maze!). The buffet breakfast was decent. Given its convenient location, I would stay there again.

Convenient location and nice service
The hotel is in a nice, tucked away location and staff service is exceptional. Rooms are clean, simple and nice breakfast as well. Recommend for basic accommodations and convenience to Osaka station.

The stay was fine. The rooms are small (as you would expect) and clean. The AC took a while to kick in and cool the room down. The breakfast in the stay is a standard Japanese breakfast items with some western elements. The area is very convenient for shopping and transit through Japan with the Shinkansen a stop away. Amenities for the rooms are found in the lobby so grab your essentials from there before heading up. Vending machines in each floor provided cheap beer for 170¥. Overall an okay to moderate stay.
