Service was great, room with tatami mat was spacious, it was very quiet at night and we were able to sleep well. Breakfast was tasty too. We would love to come back and stay there again. サービスは良かったですし、畳のお部屋も赤ちゃん連れの4人ファミリーで快適でしたし、夜もとっても静かでぐっすり眠れました。 朝ごはんも美味しかったですしリーズナブルでまた泊まりたいです。

Great stay !
It's a return stay for us in that hotel, room was of reasonable size, front desk staff fanatic as usual. Hotel furnishing well kept. Only grouse was the late check in. Other then that , good hotel and location and it's across a donki outlet.

Pleasant and comfortable.
My family of three stayed for 2 nights (Economy triple room, non-smoking) at Awina. It's a short walk from the drop-off point by the airport limousine express bus. The hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. The room was clean but not much space to move around with three beds. We'd to open our luggage bags on the beds but that's manageable. Wi-Fi strength was good. Nothing great about the breakfast. Anyway, there're convenient shops (Lawson and Donkihote) across the road. You can also find some shops and eateries around the hotel. We enjoyed the walk (about 20 - 30 minutes) through the neighbourhood to Kuromon Market (near Nipponbashi Station). It cost us 1000Yen to take a taxi from Dotobori River (Glico Man) to the hotel at night.

Although the hotel is old, it is clean and well-located, with easy access by airport bus from both Osaka Itami International Airport and Kansai International Airport.

Great Hotel!
Great hotel, extremely close to the train station. Staff was friendly and helpful despite not being very proficient with english. Very accommodating to early check out time.

Hotel location is good - but small room
Hotel location is around the corner from the station and is in walking distance of the castle (Mile plus) and Namba areas. For some reason the website said the hotel had no reception so we didn't know what to expect - but this is a proper hotel with the usual reception. We paid quite a lot two nights (no breakfast) for a small room for three - with the third bed squeezed between the other two beds so you couldn't actually walk in between the beds. So the room was satisfactory, with reasonable wi fi and limited view of the street.

A bit old and overpriced...
its kinda old and overpriced. i would normally rate it a 3 star but comparing it to the other spots in Osaka that we stayed in I can give it a 4 star because checkin was easy and the staff were nice. TV was small 20". CR was clean but cramped and the half sized tub you can only sit not lie down. we didnt eat there. only 1 pillow per person and soft mattress but sheets were clean. no free coffee only tea. they provided maps in the room for visitors to help get around which is nice.

Accessible and quality service!!!
The hotel is 2 blocks from a train station if you want to explore Namba, Dotonbori, etc. the location is really good but above anything else the hotel service at the lobby is superb!! They are super helpful and very much accomodating. I wish I got the names of the people on front desk so I can give them a shout out for a job well done!!! Thank you Hotel Awina!
