Very conveniently located hotel for Dotonbori. Rooms are small but comfortable. Breakfast isn’t included but you can pay 1000Y pp for this, however it was not very good so not recommended. Room was cleaned once during our four night stay but towels and bins changed every day.

Staff was friendly and kind in helping us store our luggages before & after checkout. There was a police station nearby (very safe). Gwangalli beach was within walking distance. Love the stay!

We loved our stay here. Close to Dontonburi and many eating spots. The front staff were amazing and so friendly. Family Mart right down the street for snacks and atm. Laundry facilities were easy to use and very grateful to have them there, helped with the kids clothes especially! Breakfast had a great mix of western and Japanese cuisine. I wish the pillows were a bit firmer but I just stacked them up. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

Room and bathroom are very small, but still really nice. Some furniture was a little old/damaged, but overall it’s a fantastic environment and a very comfortable hotel with amazing staff! Water isn’t provided, but the tap is filtered! And the laundry is a self service, and only takes yen. Also it says rooms are floors 1-12 but there’s more rooms on the 13th floor.

I love this hotel. It’s right across the street from Odori park and conveniently located close to the shopping areas. When I plan on going back to Sapporo, i will be staying there again.

The beds were comfortable. The staff were very helpful. Loved the snack and free tea and coffee available each day. Location was great! Walkable to many places we wanted to experience. The public bath was so nice at the end of the day … so relaxing. Definitely would stay again!
