The shower had some white stains when I first checked in. The coin laundry machine dryer isn’t that great. It’s recommended to go to a coin laundry machine nearby.

Great property to have as a homebase for when you are out and about. Room was plenty spacious with enough room to open your luggage. Overall would recommend to people.

Great place to stay. I would highly recommend. Only thing that would be good is more dining options. This wasn’t a big one as there are many good places nearby. The staff were amazing, always respectful and hotel room was great — just like the pictures.

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel is located in a business district, so the streets are very quiet throughout the day. Two convenience stores are right next door and two train stations are just five-minute walks away. Check-in/out was quick and easy and the staff was kind and helpful. The premium double room was extremely spacious, a big upgrade after staying in a small hotel room in Tokyo for a week. The only downsides were that there was no complimentary water in the fridge and no laundry bags. Otherwise, it was a fantastic stay!

Nice overnight stay in Osaka. The staff went out of their way to send my AirPods that I had left in the hotel to my hotel in Saitama, even after my hotel in Fukuoka wouldn't accept the delivery. Great customer service!

Not far from the train station. Seven eleven really close by. Family mart also pretty close. Better than staying at namba and umeda. Its too crowded and known to be pricey for its location.
