The beds and pillows are the worst we have had in all of Japan. They also don’t provide coffee in the morning unless you pay for breakfast. There’s also no water bottles given and the water machine is only available for a few hours a day

Dirt under beds. Very small rooms.
There was a lot of dust and dirt on the sides of the beds. It looks like they had not been cleaned in years. Please move the beds and sweep the floors. This causes a lot of ants to be walking around the floor. We were worried that the beds are also not clean due to bed bugs as the floors were so unclean. You gave us another room. However that was only a little better.

The rooms are very small, location is near convenient stores and restaurants, not so clean the shower had black mold, rooms not so clean, it’s ok for a one or two night stay. Staff was nice. I don’t think we would be back.

The futon on this hotel is so thin that it will hurt your back when you wake up. Room says fits 4 people but we didn't have any room to fit our luggages. Once you have your luggages there is no space to walk. My sister have to put her luggage in the bathtub.

Rooms are a bit small, but clean. Hotel is located in a convenient location close to the subway, but still quiet enough at night. We walked to Dotonbori and Shinsabashi easily within 30 minutes, and there are a lot of food options nearby. Staff are friendly.
