The staff was very friendly and eager to help a non native Japanese speaker. The hotel offers free transport to the train station and it made local travel a breeze. The room was clean and the area was quiet. I would stay again.

Very convenient location with free shuttle bus to and from Itami airport. Staff was attentive and helpful. The room was small, but clean and had everything necessary to get some rest after a long flight to Osaka. The room was very quiet despite the hotel being so close to the airport.

Two night stay whilst being a tourist. Excellent VFM, breakfast is authentic Japanese. Staff very helpful to guide you along. Bathroom a little small to Western standards-everything works mind you! Courtesy bus to n from airport.

Small but well equipped room. Very close to the airport but I would recommend taking their free shuttle; I walked there but it was not easy to navigate my way across the roads and around the fences.
