The room was ok, there was a loud humming type noise that kept us awake most of the night. The receptionist was not friendly when was asked questions.

We were staying there because my husband was in the hospital 5 minutes away. This was the first time that I stayed there. The pool area was very nice and clean. We definitely will be back there.

It was Ok. Seems like Hilton has a maintenance issue. I changed from the a downtown location to this one due to rooms not having heat. First room I was given at the Neenah location , no heat, had to change rooms. As a business traveler, the simple things like Coffee being available in the Lobby during the evening, the coffee maker didn’t work, was never fixed. ( 6 night stay) Trash was not taken out of the room. I normally wouldn’t say anything and just not come back. Maybe the franchise owner’s aren’t aware, maybe they don’t care.

Was there for kids hockey tourney. Pool was down, so that was bit disappointing. Overall rooms were pretty good, cleanliness was above average but could be a little better. For the price it was ok, could use continental breakfast or allow for free cancellations.

This hotel is in a great location in downtown Neenah. The downtown area has wonderful shops and restaurants, and a city park, all within easy walking distance.

Holiday travel
Check in was quick and efficient. Lovely, clean room. The provided bathroom products were excellent. Nice quiet room with extremely comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet was delicious. I have now stayed at this hotel 3 time during the Christmas holiday, and have found it beautifully decorated, and welcoming.

I enjoyed our stay. Over all was a nice place to spend a few days. Building could use a little attention in a few areas. I loved the location in downtown Neenah, it was nice to walk to the local shops to do some last minute Christmas shopping.

Check in was ok. Felt like I was an inconvenience checking in. Went to get breakfast that was included in our stay, when we got there we were hounded by the kitchen staff/waitress about us possibly not belonging there. We grabbed some food from the buffet and sat down and the waitress comes over and demanded we give her our information. I gave her my room number and told her breakfast is included, she them with attitude said I’ll have to go check. Very disappointed. Then the kitchen manager proceeded to get in an argument with a whole team of teenage girls that stayed at the hotel for a tennis tournament they had in town that came down to eat. He told them that they just can’t come and start grabbing stuff. All in an effort to curb theft he said. Pretty sad a grown man has to argue with kids about food. The hotel needs to have better communication amongst them and do away with the hostility. Kitchen manager needs to go.

I was very impressed with my stay. In particular, Denise, the head of housekeeping, was extremely helpful. I was having a difficult time breathing because of the dry winter air, and she brought a small humidifier and even gave me a gallon of distilled water to use with it. Like the other staff, she went the extra mile and that’s what makes a good hotel great.
