Hotel was great and so was staff. The rooms did get a little warm but had windows that could be opened. The restaurant was great! Area was nice around the hotel but quite noisy at 3:00am. Overall great hotel and would stay again!

The hotel location is extremely convenient, it has every single attraction within walking distance, a maximum 10 minute walk to the Opera house and Munch museum, the rest was in a two block radius, for most things it was a 3 or 4 minute walk tops which makes getting around very easy. Breakfast is nice, with a good selection of both hot and cold dishes, and with staff cleaning and clearing the tables extremely fast which made finding a table easy even if the dining area seemed full. Overall a very good choice

The reception staff were outstanding. friendly, helpful and very attentive. Breakfast was excellent and there were many good restaurants nearby. Parking was fairly close by. The rooms were fine if a little to warm for me ( I prefer a cool room for sleeping!). I would definitely stay here again when in town.

Lovely hotel perfectly situated in the ciry for easy access to trains, trams, buses and walking around the city. Fantastic breakfast, room perfectly acceptable for what we wanted it for, whuch was basically somewhere to sleep, beds really comfy. Would highly recommend and excellent value for money. Only downside water in the shower leaked under the shower door so bathroom floor got quite wet, but a towel mopped it up so not a deal breaker at all

The room I got this time was too small. The personnel checking me in were also acting as bartenders. I don’t think it is right that arriving guests should have to wait while drinks were served to others. I have stayed at this hotel many times but will probably not return.

This hotel was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff assisted us in every way catching buses etc. Their location was great easy to walk and enjoy the local shops and restaurants. Omg they let us into our room when we arrived 11am we were so appreciative. The adjoining restaurant was worth using. Can’t forget their breakfast. The day we left they prepared us a to go breakfast unheard of in America. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our vacation special.
