Uns hat die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern echt enttäuscht.. speziell die Sauberkeit an der Decke, wir haben über 10 Spinnen in den ersten 5min gezählt, was für mich als Phobikerin ein absolutes No-Go ist.. auf Nachfrage hin kam eine Reinigungskraft mit einem STAUBWEDEL in das Zimmer, mit dem sie die Spinnen nur runtergeholt, aber nicht entfernt hat, wodurch meine Mutter noch hinterherlaufen & diese zertreten musste.. danach kam in diesem Zimmer kein Wohlgefühl mehr auf! Es wurden danach noch weitere Tierchen gefunden.. auch Staubweben an der Decke waren viele vorhanden, da sehe ich großen Verbesserungsbedarf!

Schönes Hotel direkt am Strand. Gutes Frühstück Balkon leider nicht sauber. Teppichboden im Zimmer ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Ansonsten top.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel , müsste im Eingangsbereich mal eine kleine Auffrischung bekommen. Sehr viele große Flecken auf dem Fußboden vor der Treppe zur Bar. Das Personal ist super freundlich und nett , Frühstück sehr gut und ausreichend. Wir kommen gerne wieder .

Es ist schade das sich dieses hervorragende Hotel selbst dekeradiert und zwar zu einer "Hundepension". Bei unseren Aufenthalt befanden 2 ausgewachsene Hunde (gößer als ein Schaf) in einem Zimmer. Das bedeutete Lärmbelästigung (Gebell teilweise ab 05.00 Uhr) und Geruchsbelästigung. Ob hier die Vorgaben der Hygiene und des Tierschutzes eingehalten werden ist fraglich.

Nach der Renovierung in Coronazeiten ist das Hotel viel attraktiver geworden. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und schön. Die Lage mit Blick auf die Ostsee und nah an der Seebrücke erfreut uns bei jedem Besuch. Leider ist das Schwimmbad sehr klein. Die Wellnessanwendungen sind sehr empfehlenswert. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Beim Abendessen stimmt aus meiner Sicht das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht so ganz. Aber insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Dem 4,sterne Hotel fehlt etwas: - Charme - Kaffee/Tee Automat im Zimmer - Balkone - Tür im Bad unbequem/ Schiebetür wäre Schöner gewesen - man merkt immer noch den “ist Charakter” - aber sie sind kompromissbereit und gut drauf, Man kann reden miteinander !

Leider ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen. Überall sind Gebrauchsspuren zu finden. ( z.B. Flecken im Teppich oder in den Sitzkissen, an den Wänden Kratzer oder abgeplatzte Stellen usw. ) Hatte ich bei einem 4-Sterne-Hotel so nicht erwartet. Gut war die Möglichkeit zu parken, das freundliche Personal, die Lage und das Bett war mega bequem.
