The decor of the hotel was modern and contemporary. Beyond that, I don’t believe it has the qualities of a 4 star hotel it claims to be. Upon arrival there was no one to greet us to help unload our luggage. Had to walk into the hotel and ask for a bellman. No attendants on duty ready to assist you. Elevator doors are quick to close causing doors to close on you before you have a chance to enter. Handicap sidewalk curbing blocked by hotel vehicles causing wheelchair access and access for mobility challenged customers difficult. There was no valet parking service available. These are traits I would expect from a 4 star hotel. Anticipating the needs of you customers should be a priority concern. I do not feel this hotel lives up to those expectations. There’s nothing offered here to distinguish this hotel beyond any chain hotels such as a Marriott or Hyatt Regency.
It’s not worth the extra cost for the same basic amenities.
