The room was very clean and loved that they have removed the carpet and replaced it with the LVP flooring. We stayed 3 days and the staff was very helpful and friendly the entire stay. Our autistic son had an accident in the bed over night and they were great about coming in to room, changing out the bedding and giving our room a fresh once over with fresh towels and mopping of the floor. The only 4 we gave them was for the toilet in the bathroom. The handle is cracked and it makes a high pitched squeal when you flush, but that was something we can work through. Thank you Quality Inn and Staff for making our stay wonderful!!

Hot tub and pool did not work although it did not say when I reserved the rooms that’s why I reserved the room found a bug in our room. The breakfast was horrible and the staff wasn’t real friendly.

Reasonably clean. Friendly staff. First room more water came out tub spout than shower. Second room marginally better. All fire extinguishers had 2017 inspection tags. Required to have 2024. Contacted fire chief. He said he contacted owner to take care of. 2 days later no change. Fire department there first day of stay for fire alarm issue. 4 th day had to evacuate for several hours due to gas leak. I moved to different hotel.

Hotel is clean and inexpensive. Maintenance is lacking. Had to change rooms because shower was dumping more water in tub than shower head. Second room marginally better but livable. Fire extinguisher service tags in building marked 2017. Michigan law require yearly inspection and certification. While there fire alarm was being worked on and had to evacuate for several hours due to a gas leak

Cheap rate very spartan. Great to crash overnight!
Not a bad place except for the lack of elevators which is my fault for not looking into. Went into the room and in the toilet was a setbof cleaning gloves floating in the bowl. Honestly I thought it was a condom at first until I realized what it was. Cleaning crew threw them in there and didn't flush. Seems like an odd way to dispose of gloves.

Dead bugs in the bathroom. The reason I chose this hotel is because it had a pool my children wanted to play in for my daughter’s birthday. It was closed and looked like it had been for awhile. Every vending machine was out of order. The room was very outdated & the beds were very old and hard. Paint peeling off the walls in the bathroom. I will never chose this hotel again.

1st room checked toilet running floor flooded. Went to desk they only had one king 1st floor and 2 bed 2 nd floor. 2 bed is what we reserved. We couldn’t take 2nd floor because of my husband’s disabilities. So we had to take king. Water was on bathroom floor coming from tub area. Just felt with it because no other room. No one at desk in morning to tell. Paid more than on website. Would not recomend

My door lock was broke! No one came to fix it! Landlord would nt l et anyone but maintenance guy fix it. I was told they didnt have a guy! Pool was closed..... hasnt been open since covid!!! No one told us before check in! Bath tub the stopper was broke. Towel rack fell off wall!! Why arent things fixed??

We were in town for Thanksgiving with family and didn't need a lot of extra perks...just a comfortable place to sleep. The staff was very helpful when we had some problems with our room keys, and even got up extra early to make coffee when we had an early departure. Walls were thin so we could hear all next door conversations and activities.

Overall poor stay!
Was very surprised that the hotel had run down since last year. We stayed there for past several years for a bowling tournament, once a year, and it has been great until this year. The jacuzzi's control was torn out of the wall, the pool was freezing, and the continental breakfast was a poor selection. We definitely won't be staying there next year!

Only choice in town
We attended a family wedding in town and stayed at the Quality Inn because of it's convenience to the wedding location. The bedding had stains, especially the duvet, but at least smelled clean. The bathroom was the room I felt was cleanest and the shower was very nice. Next to the hot tub, where the controls should be, was an open hole with tubing hanging out. Clearly this hotel needs some upkeep desperately. The staff was friendly and for the price I wasn't overly offended by the state of things.

Delightful find!
What a gem of a hotel tucked between Lansing and Flint! It's small but clean and friendly and at a great price. The bed was one of the most comfortable ones I've found in a hotel. Very nice! Breakfast was the standard fare at most hotels. The only downside I found was the walls were quite thin and I could hear conversations in the room next door.

The room had many stain spots; bed was not made properly. Person behind the desk was not helpful. I have stayed in over 25 hotels a year and this is by far the worst. The reason I stayed in the first place was because it is the only hotel in the area. I will be going to Flint that is 20 minutes away to get a hotel from now on.
