We stayed in a suite and had a good experience overall. I didn’t like that they charge $8 per day for parking when I am already paying for a suite. Cleanliness got a 4 star because we found hair in 2-3 places including the bathroom. Condition rating was due to small issue with the handle on the tub and craftsmanship in the tub area was not great. Also, the handle was missing on the cabinet door to the refrigerator and the door knob to the bathroom was not working correctly. The TV service was the hotel version with the generic remotes, not a residential style tv service. All minor issues but was the reason it didn’t get 5 stars. We enjoyed our stay otherwise and had a good experience at the Starbucks in the lobby.

The hotel seemed to be going through some issues. Many of the floors throughout the hotel were wet and fairly slippery (this includes carpets). There was a nice little puddle by the AC in my room. It looked like nobody has cared for the grounds in months. Weeds growing everywhere!!! This hotel is not that old and seems to be recently renovated but it was very obvious that the hotel is not being taken care of.

They gave away my double queen room which was pre-paid. Put me in a room with a king and sleeper sofa. Bad front desk and management service. Also has loud and disruptive event in lobby area for 3 days while I was there.

The staff was friendly and the location is hard to beat, but this was our first and last stay at this property. The common areas as well as our room were very dirty. Our end of the hallway and room smelled strongly of mildew. There was no bedding at all for the fold out couch. For the high price of move in weekend, the condition was really disappointing.
