I stay here quite a bit and every single time I do, the Peloton bike never is working. That is one of the reasons I stay at the property and if I have stayed there 8 to 10 times over the years, maybe the bike has worked a couple of times. Otherwise, a great stay as always but this is getting pretty annoying.

I booked a king suite that slept 4. We walk in and it’s a king bed with a couch that doesn’t even pull out. They took hours trying to find a roll-away bed. Never came. My son slept on the couch and my husband AND I slept in the King WITH our 18year old daughter…

The Graduate hotel is such a cute place to stay but this visit was a little disappointing. Room did not feel clean. Clearly saw a gold fish under the chair, shower tile had pink grout, shower soap was empty, not enough towels supplied, carpet had hair on it, toilet did not flush properly. Workout room equipment on second floor did not work properly. Most of all, the hotel vending machine never has water!!!! The rooms do not include any water bottles either!! The small cups of water from dispenser in lobby is not enough!!

Losing a bit of its lustre
I have been staying here pretty much every summer for a weekend in July since 2014. I keep coming back because it is in a great location and decently priced. It's taken a bit of a hit since Covid. The service is still good but the food is mediocre and the draft beer selection is now inspired. They have also taken away the free lobby coffee for guests and now have terrible instant coffee in the rooms after a corporate takeover by Hilton. In short, good value for money but lost the amenities and the quality that made it great when it first opened.
