The microwave i had is rusty, refrigerator ks pretty old, laps are broken, bedsheets seems like they’ve been used for a long time. And on top of that, people right next to my room were fighting, screaming, arguing, slamming against the wall on my side of the room, till late night and the next day early morning as well. As a solo female traveler I was scared so much. Didn’t feel safe at all. Staff is ok. They just do their work. Do not recommend.

When I opened my room door, that was locked, I smelled the strong distinctive odor of marajuana. After airing out the room it was bearable. In the morning when I went to take a shower there was no towel, rag or hand towel in the room. There was other amenities.

I come 2 days every 3 months and the staff is very professional, caring, and very helpful. The housekeeping I always encounter go out of their way to bring you what you need and they are very quick. I am satisfied with the customer service but the property does need a deep clean. The mother-son duo at the front desk are out of this world and definitely need recognition for always helping me and for being so kind to me. Management needs to know about how much I appreciate and adore them.

Full disclosure. This was my 5th time staying at this property in the course of almost 4 years. First entering the room. It is dated, with a faux wood, not very clean floor. One set of sheets were worn thin. At first I thought they were stains. Upon further examination you could see through the spots as if they were shear. There were only two pillows on each bed that were more suitable for a twin bed than the double standard beds they lay on. After the second night my 22 year old daughter complained about the mattress. Which I would agree, was not very comfortable. The A/C unit had more dirt in the vents. Some were completely clogged. Obviously it hadn't been cleaned in months - if not a year or more. Each night I was greeted by a gentleman sitting in his Toyota SUV smoking. I saw him so regularly I assumed he was living in it. They have plenty of staff that I observed each day going from room to room. They need training again on cleaning and attention to detail.

Noisy rooms , maids slamming doors , adjacent rooms walls of tissue paper. 6 times had to return door card for recharge. They really need to replace entry system. It’s out dated. I will never stay here again. Staff was not warm at check in and throughout stay. Really don’t think management gives a hoot.
