I loved everything about the property except the beds. Super uncomfortable and the pillows went flat when you laid on them. Everything was extra and the restaurants attached were very expensive. So be prepared to spend at least $75 more than the cost of the room for parking and incidental deposit. Then breakfast wasn't free either, you had to pay for that as well. Not a budget friendly hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable. Beds/pillows/linens all good. Check-in process went smoothly other than a bit of confusion about the price of parking. I was charged $50 instead of $15 - found out later there was a special code I was supposed to use when "checking out" separately for parking. Seems like a silly extra step that could just be charged to the room. Restaurant was just okay for the price. They were out of the one appetizer that we would have like (there are only 5 or 6 choices). There are better restaurants in the area for better prices. Pool opens and closes at 9. I feel like that is a short window for people that come specifically to swim and play. There is an arcade but no change machine and front desk can't make change neither can the restaurants. Staff was all very friendly and helpful.

The signage for the front door needs to be better. It is difficult to find at night. Also, there were small children running around on the floor above us even after 10 p.m. I should have thought of that since it has a Waterpark.

Family trip went well.
It was around the holidays and as everyone else seems to be, they were short staffed. The room was not ready to check in when we arrived at 1730. They did give us pool passes and we were able to swim and play on the splash pad area while we waited. It was convenient to have the restaurant there on cite. We ate there one night. Everything after check in was great. Would stay there again. Parking there is $15 a day but if you park any other spot in the area it is $18.

Staff was helpful when I kept bothering about early check in, and friendly when it came time to checking in. The room itself was clean, only thing I found was a water bottle under the pull out sofa, not a huge bother. The sheets were clean and I felt comfortable sleeping there with my two young kids. Only thing I noticed when washing my face is the sink water is not clear. We had a stadium view room so I was worried about traffic noise or firework noise late at night but that wasn’t a problem at all. The water park water itself is the chilliest, but the kids didn’t seem to mind. I myself would go in the hot tub until I was too hot, cooled off at the park and the swimming pool seemed to be a moderate/comfortable temperature. Overall it was a fun stay, would most likely come again because of the convenience to downtown/old market activities.

Our sofa bed was where the kids were to sleep and when we pulled it out their was a dirty towel in the mattress and the sheets were never replaced also had a stain on the sheets the walls also looked dirty and the toilet was leaking on the floor from the bottom

Do not stay here!!! DISGUSTING!
Maybe the worst hotel experience i've ever had. Where to start? First of all, I stopped into the hotel at eleven thirty a m to ask if they had one availability. They said yes, but I would have to book online. I asked if they had airport shuttle, and they said, yes. I asked if the water parked passes.Were included in the prize, they said yes. I asked if there were any secret or additional charges I would incur, and they said no. I asked if there was any way. We could check-in early and the front desk. Lady was beyond unhelpfulShe could.I have cared less if I had interest in staying there. I asked what time normal check in was and she said she had no idea. So there was no chance I was getting and early check in even if a room was available, which was very frustrating. I ended up booking a room online anyway. We checked in about 7 PM. It brought the kids down to the water park. The water park was beyond disgusting. First of all there were no towels. The pool had a whole bunch of disgusting stuff floating in it, and the water.It was so cloudy, you couldn't see anything. There was hair and trash floating everywhere and the bathrooms It looked like they hadn't ever been cleaned.It smelled so bad. I called for an airport shuttle when I went to bed and they told me they did not have airport shuttles, so I head to uber to the airport. We had 3 old dirty towels. To use between four people staying there, and there was one little trash can in our entire room. Worst hotel stay EVER!
