The overall stay was good but I really wish there was more seating for the continental breakfast. It is difficult to get a seat and your food can be cold by the time you find a seat.

Then i wanted to soak in the tub but couldnt turn the water off bc the handle got stuck and had to wait over an hour for someone to come turn it off. Home for the Holidays!
Embassy suites was an amazing experience over the holidays. Upon arrival we were given a choice on which floor we wanted, and then we made some hot chocolate at the hot chocolate bar. On Christmas Eve there were games in the lobby for everyone which included cash prizes and goody bags for everyone. Kids were given teddy bears as well. The staff was super friendly and caring! It felt like we were with family! Thank you!
