Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center: The Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center is currently open. A reservation is required for the pool and hot tub.

Pool & Hot Tub Information: Pool hours are 6 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday. Children in diapers must wear waterproof diapers designed for swimming. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for specific information.

Nice condo
This property is in the best part of Pagosa Springs. Lots of restaurants, close to Walmart and of course grocery store access. Great views of the lake and it was so easy checking in and out.

We stayed in " Eagle Loft", and knew what to expect, others should know about the two decks of stairs to get to the front door. Unit was extremely clean, and had a wonderful view of the magical mountains to the north of Pagosa Springs.

We originally booked a 2 bedroom, but 2 weeks before our trip was offered a 1 bedroom unit at a small discount on the booking price. The 1 bedroom was not ideal; however, it worked. The unit was clean, but very dated. The leather couch was peeling. The air conditioner worked, but was only in the bedroom.

Comfortable and clean. The only thing I would day is if one has stayed at many VRBO places this particular resort style property does not have some of the amenities such as salt and pepper and various common spices you might find at another place.

We had a lovely stay in Pagosa. We would have liked to have known which unit we were getting as we weren’t aware we were getting 2 connected units. Some of us really liked that, some of us did not. It just would have been nice to know that upfront.

The actual condo was ok for 2 people . We had 4. The floor was absolutely filthy.
We paid for a 2 bedroom 2 bath. Last minute we were put in 1 bed 1 bath for 4 large adults. Even with the minimal refund , it was not acceptable. When we first arrived, We dropped ice on the floor; when wiping it up the white paper towel became black. We continued to wipe different spots on the floor. None of us wanted to walk on that filth . After speaking with the Wyndham representatives and finding out they had no control over the cleaning of the condo; We went to the store and bought floor cleaner and proceeded to clean the floor ourselves . Who ever the cleaning service is should be reprimanded. If I were the owner I would be changing who I use for the cleaning service. I have rented several VRBO residences. This is the only one that was somewhat disappointing and definitely the only one that had a disgustingly filthy floor.

Very comfortable spot to explore from.
There were 4 of us. Everything was nice and the walking trails around the property were great. Good location as a base for sightseeing, fishing and hiking etc. Comfortable kitchen with most things you would need for cooking, and plenty of space to spread out. We enjoyed our stay.

Property was great! The pool and workout facility was closed due to Covid19 shelter in place along with ski mountain and restaurants in dining. At least we brought our own dvds and there was a Blu-ray DVD player plus cable hbo family. We had a kitchen so we prepared our own meals.

This area is the perfect location & has fantastic amenities for the kids while we were not skiing. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool & we enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of skiing!
