Bathroom lighting was horrible and gave off scary vibes. The receptionist had told me I had to pay a security deposit fee when I arrived? When I made a reservation, it never mentioned about a security deposit fee. Bed sheets and pillow case had yellow stains. Thin layer of blanket had burnt holes on them. The room I was in which was the double bed did not have a mini fridge and microwave so I couldn’t store my food and preheat anything to eat. The tv only allows you to watch channels. There’s no access to YouTube or Netflix. A/C and heating was good but loud. Only one pillow per person, so it wasn’t comfortable to sleep. Bathroom sink faucet was strong so water splashed everywhere. I recommend not to book. It’s cheap but not worth the price of staying and sleeping. If you plan on visiting Chicago downtown and walking around, you can find something a lot closer. This motel is too far away from downtown Chicago.

The room itself smell like either a dog park or a kitty litter box uncleaned both combined ... then, as I was getting my clothes on to check out at around eleven fifteen and I explained that to the person beating on the door I was demanded on multiple occasions after saying that I was not dressed to open the door..... i called 911 as a result

The first room we got was extremely smelly. We eventually got another room that didn't smell. This hotel has no breakfast or hot water for coffee. No fridge or microwave. It's terrible. Don't stay here.

I asked could I check in early at 8 in the morning for them to tell me no rooms is cleaned I waited 2 hours just for em to tell me the room they wanted me in ain’t clean just for me to pay a extra 30 plus 45 dollars so I can upgrade my room n check in early for that room to be dirty as well they also had bed bugs in that room bc I got ate up the bathroom also was dirty hair all in it left over soap scum just a no for me
