ROACHES!! Lot's of roaches in our room. Had to change twice before we were placed in a room in another building that had no roaches.

What I liked was the room and the view on the water. What I did not like was sitting in Beef O'Bradys restaurant and waiting for more then one hour for a hamburger before just leaving after being ignored by the wait staff. I also did not like the fact that 3 hours after I got into the room all the electricity in the area went out leaving us in the dark all night from 8pm wed. until checkout thursday morning. The rooms were pitch black inside and dangerous moving around .. Thats what you get for 220.00 a night now a days I guess. Now this was during hurricane Milton but the rooms did not even have emergency lighting. Ruined my stay and I heard from another guest there were no refunds being given ... poor poor service all around.

I have stayed here in the past with no problems and it has good breakfast. This time around when I checked in, the front desk staff stated that there were no rooms available that were pet friendly and suggested other hotels in the area! I stated we will drop off my small dog at a familys house and then he checked us in! very disappointed. The reason we choose this hotel was because it was Pet Friendly!

I lived at this property years ago and it wasn't is great. I. Was more than pleased with the property with the continental breakfast with the cleanliness and the fact that it has an elevator for the 2nd floor that means a lot to me being disabled and not able to walk upstairs.I really enjoyed my stay.Keep up the good work

I found this visit to be good. I am happy to say that the staff was attentive. And I was pleasantly surprised by the fact a restaurant was part of the motel. Additionally, being a lone elderly handicapped woman I did feel safe. Security was often seen during the night surveying our parking area in his golf cart. Additionally, there were many construction workers staying here. They too were especially polite and helpful. A quiet comfortable stay.

Breakfast Lady Shut the breakfast lounge door 5 min prior to 9am. She was kept talking loudly, either talking to someone in back or phone via ear piece. There were plenty of hot eggs in the hot griddle, which she brought approx 10 min prior to closing the door,

It was my first time staying at the hotel. Chosen for the view of the riverfront and though busy it was still extremely quiet. The staff was very helpful and quite pleasant. Plus close to were I was visiting and easy Uber access.Enjoyed the breakfast every morning. Plenty to choose from.I have no complaints. Would stay again.

Was bad but they made it right!
The first room I recivied was dirty, smell of smoke (had non - smoking rm; the shower was dirty and the shower water would not turn off. I spoke with person upfront she made it right with a clean rm and clean bathroom and it was what I expect from This hotel.

The room and beds were decent. We rented 2 rooms for 2 days. However, we called on August 17th at 9 pm and requested a modification of our room. We realized a family member would need a walk in shower - at the time we were told one room would be an accessible room and one regular room. Upon arriving we were told there were no accessible room available and the front desk person actually asked what limitation we had and actually seemed irritated. And said there were no notes in the file. So basically we were penalized because someone didnt make notes in the file. It was explained on the call that the person would not be able to step into the tub as she is handicapped. Plus breakfast was included. However it appeared that they only had one employee working the breakfast area on both days and on both days they were extremely slow keeping up with the people there for the holiday weekend. They actually had nothing out the second day at 9:15 Even though the breakfast time showed 10 o'clock and I realize that they don't want to restock it at 945, but even the the cold stuff could have been taken back at 10 o'clock was already put up. The coffee was already put up at 915 to 930. I did take pictures to prove it so you would have the time and the day if you would like to see how much there was left out
