Our Villa Liberty on the sea of Arenella, overlooking the Palermo coast, dates back to the Sicilian liberty period. It is located inside the former chemical plant Arenella, now abandoned, but once a thriving industrial plant. The villa, which features 5 beautiful bedrooms, is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with a large ficus in the center and a lovely swimming pool with a terrace overlooking the sea. The garden is equipped with tables and chairs and the swimming pool comes with deckchairs and sunbeds for your total relaxation.
The area is quiet and in summer the temperature is pleasant, thanks to the surrounding vegetation and the proximity to the sea.
Villa Liberty houses a cultural association, so it is possible to meet external guests and for events to be held in the common areas.
The ‘Oro’ (Gold) room, ideal for 4 people, enjoys a beautiful sea view on the Arenella and has two rooms: the first furnished with a double bed, sofa and chest of drawers, TV and minibar, and an en-suite bathroom.
In the other room there is a double sofa bed, TV and also a window with sea view. The style of the room is modern, with some antique elements such as the particular, beautiful headboard.
*The shared swimming pool is open from May to September, everyday from 7am to 7pm.

Arenella is a seaside neighborhood of Palermo, located on the north coast. The neighborhood with its small harbor was born as a fishing village, and during the 19th century it developed around the Tonnara Florio. Inside there are currently two tourist ports, once important fishing ports: Arenella and dell'Acquasanta. Palermo, one of the most beautiful cities of art in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers plenty of wonderful Unesco heritage sites that can be visited in the four historic districts of the city. In this regard, tourists can take part in the "Baroque itinerary of Palermo' to visit the main monuments of the city, such as the Church of the Holy Savior, the Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception. The city also offers the opportunity to participate in the "Tour of the Historical Markets of Palermo' which will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo. It doesn’t matter if it’s lunch or snack time, it is strictly required to taste the dishes with your hands only! This tour will also give tourists the opportunity to admire prominent buildings, streets and squares.
The center of Palermo, as well as the seaside resort of Mondello, is about 10 km away (20 minutes by car).
