The accommodation scores really well. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. However, the location is a blessing and a curse. While it’s super central, the noise from the street below is insane. It certainly drove us to insanity. I expect normal hustle and bustle, but this was another level. Every night a ragtag group of buskers set up and murder various classics into the small hours. It went on until 1:45am one night. Trust me, we felt every minute of that. For that reason alone, I wouldn’t recommend this property.

Very quaint Right in the centre of shopping and restaurants Pretty and clean room Big walk up To the 3 rd floor with luggage would be the only drawback if you have mobility issues

Great place to stay, the place was clean confortable and spacious. The location of the place was close to restaurants, shops and transportation which made easy my visit to Naples. The host was very helpful, always responded my calls and took care of any needs. The breakfast provided was delicious! Definitely, I will book this place again on my next trip to Naples.

Room excellent, breakfast good. Great location. NO elevator or lifts. No assistance of any kind. No one there to assist with luggage or help checking in. Checking in was like an obstacle course. With our ages, we’re lucky and could handle our 2 large suitcases. 3rd floor. Others might not be so lucky. Communication was only through an app. If you are young and have backpacks, maybe for you.

No elevator which is a major consideration to referring. Noise at night below our windows aggravating as far as trying to get some sleep . The room itself was terrific . Little information regarding breakfast and checking out ; we simply left our keys at the desk and left to enjoy breakfast somewhere else .

Pro: great location in heart of city. Walk to everything. Clean and modern. Cons: very noisy at night/ most rooms are street facing and not properly sound proof. AC in room super weak and ineffective for a room that size with high ceilings. I asked for an additional fan and was told not possible. This was a really hot august in Sicily.
