The room wasn’t clean and I asked three time to clean it. The carpet wasn’t vacuum and the bathroom’s floor and tub never clean them. They only made the bed and change towels There were animals than bite me. I was there for three weeks.

Always like staying here because of the amenities. Rooms could use a little updating especially the bathrooms. Obvious water damage around the tub and a few cracks in the tub. Also, $20 a day to park on the grounds a little much.

Our room was not available at check in when we were told it was going to be. Parking is $21 a day per vehicle. Which is why I assume they give the happy hour drink tickets. There’s one bartender that we saw the whole weekend and he was not friendly at all. When we got into the room the heat was blasting and it was 86 degrees in the room. Come to find out the AC actually didn’t ever work once we got back into the room. It couldn’t get below 76, which is not okay in South Florida. The mini fridge was missing the shelves so we couldn’t use the sides for juice or anything. The shower would clog up after 5 minutes being in there. So you are showering in bath water. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful with small requests. The pool was perfect for the kids to get some energy out. Location was great for us and safe. The breakfast was amazing. The rooms definitely need some improvement and updates. If the price was better I could return, but I feel we paid too much for the room that we had.

The hotel is beautiful breakfast was good. Kitchen staff was awesome. The front desk staff terrible. I checked in late when I flushed the toilet it floods out the entire bathroom. Maintenance came and fixed the issue. I called front desk and told them the bathroom is a mess. The guy said he can provide me with additional towels no housekeeper was there. I had to clean up by myself. Long story short, when I checked out and looked on my statement, I realized they charged me for a bottle of water I drink and parking which I did not have any car. No one ask or explain they just assume and then they charge. My first time at that location I will never go back. Customer service terrible
