We really enjoyed staying here what a nice place very clean love the happy hour and the breakfast. The homemade omelettes were made to order and delicious. Our chef Enoch was awesome.

Got to property early and first staff member was very nice and accommodating, allowing us to use the pool facility and hold our luggage. We were told room would be ready around 2:00pm. At 4:00 (original check in time) the room was still not ready—front desk person had changed and they were rude when we asked if we could access the room. It was another hour before I saw every person getting access to room as they entered the hotel and I went to ask again. The rude woman was curt and said oh you again—let’s get you out of the lobby—and then handed us a room key not in the same presentation she gave all the others we had watched. She also did not include the drink ticket for happy hour which meant I had to go back and wait in line once again. Totally unnecessary to make a guest feel unwelcome

the lobby layout is very nice, the dining room even though it is small for that property's capacity is well maintained. the evening check in lady was not very pleasant or helpful(lacked customer servicw skilled) the room was not what I expected for the money I paid. desk chair was trashy, must go to the dumspter, pull out bed not comfortable at all and was dirty. batroom furniture was not properly cleaned, exhaust vent grill rusted. outlets need to be updated throughout the room. That was my first trying the Embassy suites, as I usually stay with Marriott chain, I don't think I will go back with my family again. Only the pool attendant attempted to show some hospitality and engaged in a friendly conversation...
