Rent direct from a Florida-based owner. Our unit is an oversized end unit (the largest at Cinnamon Beach) and bright (with plenty of light from the EAST, ocean side windows, unlike the interior units) and has three bathrooms! We love our condo and would like to share it with people who will enjoy it (and treat it with respect) as much as we do! Recent upgrades include large flat screen TV, wraparound (L-shaped) leather couch in the living room as well as bunk beds in 'kids' bedroom. A Keureg (K40) was added to the fully stocked kitchen. Luxury vinyl flooring was recently installed in all of the bedrooms and a new sectional arrived in 2024.
Of course we have free wireless internet and HD TVs .
Pets are welcome on an approval basis (for additional fee).
It is literally a 2-3 minute walk from the front door to the beach! The beach is accessed via a boardwalk (over the sea oats).
We offer bedrooms featuring a King Bed (Master), Queen Bed (Second) and four twin beds, including two in "bunk-formation" (Third). In a pinch extra visitors can sleep on the couch (but it is not recommended and extra charges apply).

Parking is available under the building (one car per reservation) as well as in front of the building (unlimited). Unfortunately, RV's and trailers (including for boats and jet skis) are not allowed per association rules (Hammock Hardware allows for toy/vehicle storage).
The association does not allow any towels to be hung from the balconies or any items (like beach toys) to be left outside the condo (in the breezway).

To check in, the association requires guests to arrive with a "FastAccessPass", noting your drivers license, license plate and state of issuance. We will need these bits of information, as well as your direct email address (as AirBnB's email does not handle attachments), and will send you the FastAccessPass to bring with you. If you are renting a car, that is fine- we will note the car as a rental. This is a requirement and the association will issue a fine of $50 for those without this paperwork. Our condominium is furnished with fine quality furniture, one king, one queen, and two twin beds to sleep up to eight in comfort.
The gourmet kitchen features Italian granite countertops and top quality appliances. Free garage parking and direct beach access steps away. No matter how high your standards, we guarantee you will be delighted! NOTE: Do not confuse this Cinnamon Beach condominium with smaller, three-bedroom condominiums or lake-view condominiums in the same complex. Cinnamon Beach offers A, B, and C models. This, the A model, offers almost 30% more space and more luxury than either other model.

Our guests at Cinnamon Beach have a choice of two clubhouses for their exclusive use. The Ocean Clubhouse, designed with adults in mind, offers a secluded environment. The ideal place to watch the sunrise or enjoy an evening sea breeze, it includes a spectacular swimming pool that appears to spill into the ocean, private cabanas, a viewing tower overlooking the ocean, and chairs and umbrellas for use on the beach.
The more lively Lake Clubhouse includes a fitness facility, a family pool, a teen center, an entertainment room, a playground, and a small beach along the edge of the fresh-water lake. Water sprays, fountains, and cascading waterfalls create the perfect place for everyone to cool off.
