Located on a quiet sandy road that ends at the beach, this is the beach get away you have been looking for!
Relax in the screen room, where you can hear the ocean waves, while your dog enjoys the fenced in yard. There are two bikes, so you can enjoy the miles of bike paths that are right outside your door, or just ride them to the beach! Bring your boat, Bings Landing is one mile down the road, with a boat ramp, kayak launch, picnic area, and a great barbecue restaurant. Historic St. Augustine is 20 minutes north, Disney World an easy 1 1/2 hour drive, and Daytona is 30 minutes south, and if you love golf, lots of great courses to play.
This cottage has a master suite with a king size bed. The second bedroom has a full and a twin, and there is a queen sofa bed in the living room. Two full bathrooms, large open floor plan and a well stocked kitchen. Screen room with a gas grill, and don't forget the outdoor shower! New roku televisions throughout, there is wifi, and a washer and dryer. This cottage has all the convenieces of home.

Thanksgiving by the Beach
We had a wonderful stay at the perfectly placed cottage. We were able to enjoy thanksgiving with the family and spend some time walking on the beach with the dogs. Cottage was in a nice little neighborhood with a great coffee shop just about a mile away!

Great location!!! Great house!!! Great time!!!!
We arrived on the heels of hurricane Milton which gave us a little scare, but other than some minor flooding everything was perfect. The house has everything you need for your stay and the walk to the beach is not only beautiful but also in a low traffic area. The road to the beach is private as is your access to the beach, which gives most of the waterfront a private feel. Communication felt like I was dealing with a family member and not an owner. All questions were answered immediately. We will definitely visit this rental again. Its location is perfect for people who like to get away from crowds but enjoy having the option. This area is a hidden gem that I hope stays that way. Perfect vacation.

We stay in a lot of VRBO properties, rarely do you walk in and marvel that it's actually better than the pics. We had an absolutely perfect vacation. The house is perfect and has everything you need. Our dogs loved the yard. It was nice they had plenty of room to run and the fence is in perfect shape so you dont have to worry about any escape artists. We went to the beach every day (dog friendly). The wagon and chairs were a great help. It's convenient to everything. Try JT's, seafood place up the road. Live music on Fri and Sat nights. We will definitely return! Communication with host was fast and easy also.

We loved this house and location ❤️ Very quite street, easy stroll to beach and wonderfully comfortable house. The fenced in backyard is a bonus since our dogs love to run freely. This cozy cottage was a wonderful stay for our family. Our vaca started with a call from the owner with all the details, it was a nice personal touch. The house had everything you could need including everything for the beach. Located on a little private road with a private, quiet beach. The house is close to so many attractions and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay. We hope to come back again.

Heaven in the Hammocks
This adorable beach house could not have been more perfect! Everything you need for a beach vacation is there... towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler and a wagon to take it all the the sand. There is a super quiet private beach that is a ten minute walk down the road, or you can drive to numerous others within 15 minutes (we really liked the Mantazanas inlet beach...really wide beach with shallow waves perfect for our dogs, and we even saw sea turtles!) The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook a few meals, and the beds were very comfy for a good sleep after a long day in the sun. We especially loved the outdoor shower for ourselves and our pups; the perfect way to cool down after a trip to the beach. This little piece of heaven, was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located to everything we wanted to do; the owner even took the time to call us before our trip to tell us about the property and the area. I highly recommend!

Perfect Florida retreat
I had the good fortune of finding this gem and spent 8 days with my mini-golden doodle in the cutest home! Everything is clean, stocked and ready for your time of relaxation. I loved the fenced yard as my dog could just run and play freely. The beach is just steps away and we spent each day there The owner is absolutely amazing and made our stay one that we will never forget. We will be back for sure!

I love this place. My wife and I spent a month here, I spent many of the days in the screened in porch when I worked. It is a stones throw away from the beach and we would take our dogs there and let them off the leash to chase the seagulls. The beach was gorgeous and there weren't many people there usually. Its only a 15 minute drive, and its a straight shot to St. Augustine. The house had everything we needed. We liked to do meal prepping, and it had all the food storage containers we needed. Everything is modern, and I love the shower. We would definitely come back
