My family and I always enjoy this hotel. One of the perks about this hotel is the restaurants they have. The food is always good and they have friendly service. The pool is heated and perfect for families. My kids looks forward to our yearly trip.

Nice resort with convenient access to golf and an amazing spa. The room was nice— the one issue was the loud music. There were live musicians on the weekend, had the volume was unbelievably high. We were on the 6th floor, and it was difficult to sleep with such loud music playing pretty late into the night.

What I liked about the property is that is was clean, service was excellent, quick and prompt service always. My one bedroom studio was a nice size and the walk in closet was super helpful to keep my luggage and hanging clothes. The surrounding area of the hotel was good location and views of the mountains were great. What I would change - I was surprised that the pool area was only 3 feet. I didn't see that stated on the website and may have been a deal breaker for me to stay at this hotel with a family of all adults. The hotel needs more jacuzzis with less kids in them or adult only time. Too many small kids dominated the jacuzzi's including kids with diapers which was a huge turn off. (btw- I'm a mom of two boys). Also, more options for dining than just Cava and My Place which I never ate at becuase it never seemed to be open at the right times. Need to have a buffet breakfast.

Great resort overall
Room was beautiful and clean, amenities were high quality. Bed was comfortable but pillows were way too soft. Service at restaurant The Place was just okay - two entrees were served 15 minutes before another entree, and another time we were just ignored after we sat down for 10 minutes until we moved to the bar. The breakfast buffet was amazing, location was amazing, housekeeping was fantastic.

Great staff and a nice resort.
We had a nice stay at the resort. The staff were friendly and attentive. The grounds were lovely and the pool was enormous. The only disappointment was the overall cleanliness of the facility. I feel they need more cleaning staff to maintain the pool, the deck, public areas and the rooms. Otherwise it was a great stay.
