Gutes Hotel für ein paar Nächte am Ballermann. Die Schinkenstraße mit Bierkönig und Bamboleo sind etwa 200m zu Fuß entfernt. Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Umgebung ist für Ballermannverhältnisse sehr ruhig, jedoch hört man je nach Lage der Zimmer die Straße bzw. doe Musik vom Nachbarhotel. Frühstück und Abendessen in Buffetform, mit mittlerer Auswahl aber guter Qualität.

Sehr freundliches Personal, super zentral und nicht weit zum Strand. Sehr gute Frühstücksauswahl. Prima Poolbar und kleiner Kiosk in der Lobby mit sehr moderaten Preisen. Einzig die Betten sind nicht gut, unbequem auf Rollen und quietschen. Fazit: 100 Prozent weiterempfehlung.

Für einen Ballermann Urlaub absolut top. Man erreicht die Schinkenstraße in 5 Minuten. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich, das Frühstück vielseitig. wenn man möchte kann man am pool inkl. bar entspannen. Auch preislich vollkommen in Ordnung. gerne wieder

Das Hotel hat seinen Zweck erfüllt, nur all inclusive ist anders. 3 Mahlzeiten waren inclusive und die nichtalkohlischen Getränke bis 23 Uhr. Kleine Snacks waren eher lachhaft, darunter befanden sich 3 Sorten Keckse, für ein Sandwich gab es lediglich eine Sorte Wurst, eine Sorte Käse und Tomaten, also nichts berauschendes. Warum ich das Wasser aus dem Kühlschrank an der Rezeption tagsüber zahlen musste weiß ich bis jetzt noch nicht. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war nicht gut. Das Essen vom Buffet war solala, man konnte den Hunger stillen. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam, sauber war es definitiv. Mein Blick zum Nachbarhotel lies schon etwas Neid zu, Musik, Veranstaltungen usw. Hier im Hotel war es eher langweilig, für SeniorInnen sicherlich ok, für mich zu ruhig. Die Lage ist ca. 10 min vom Strand an ein äußerst belebten Straße mit offener Balkontür zu schlafen fast unmöglich, vorallem, wenn dann morgens der Arbeitstag begann zusätzlich war direkt neben dem Hotel ne Baustelle, wo morgens um 7 sämtliche Maschinen in Gang gesetzt wurden. Fazit ich muss da nicht mehr hin. Aber bestimmt gibt es Menschen denen es dort gefällt, Geschmacksache.

Für einige Tage Aufenthalt ist das Hotel ganz ok. Die Zimmer und die Anlage sind Sauber und relativ neu. Das Personal ist weitgehend freundlich. Bei den Speisen ist zwar etwas wenig Abwechslung geboten, ist für ein paar Tage Aufenthalt aber wirklich nicht schlimm, Essen war immer warm und nicht abgestanden. Man erreicht die Partymeile in 2-3 Gehminuten, trotzdem ist es Verhältnismäßig Nachts sehr ruhig im Hotel, hier haben wir mit mehr Lärm gerechnet. Was leider sehr Negativ aufgefallen ist: Wir hatten in allen 3 Nächten Nachts keine funktionierende Klimaanlage. Jeden Morgen haben wir an der Rezeption darauf hingewiesen, allerdings wurde das Problem nicht behoben. Der Hausmeister schaute mittags mal vorbei, da zu dem Zeitpunkt aber kalte Luft aus der Klimaanlage kam war für ihn das Problem beseitigt. Auf die Nachfrage an der Rezeption ob die Klimaanlage repariert sei kam nur ein Stumpfes Ja. Wir hatten den Eindruck hier wird man nicht ernst genommen. Leider kann so eine Kleinigkeit den halben Urlaub ruinieren, denn bei knapp 30 Grad im Zimmer ist an schlafen nicht wirklich zu denken. Fazit: Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel, vorausgesetzt die Klimaanlage funktioniert auch Nachts und man wird bei Problemen ernst genommen würde ich das Hotel nochmal buchen.

Wir waren schon mehrmals im Chico. Es war wie immer super. Das Einzige, woran gearbeitet werden muss ist das Essen. Kaum Abwechslung, und vom Geschmack nicht wirklich gut. Alles Andere bestens
