I would stay here again. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was better than expected. It was spacious and comfortable. I could park for free right outside my room, so loading luggage was a breeze.
Last-minute switch to this hotel from another that was not acceptable. Our expectations were not high but we were pleasantly surprised. Bed was very comfortable, room was very spacious. Small balcony outside. Road noise minimal. Bathroom very large and somewhat spa-like in Its furnishings. TV was good, internet was fast, a/c was working and good! Restaurants within walking distance. Good amount of local info in the room binder.
Very comfortable. Nice quality. If you’re staying in Palmerston North, this is the best place to stay.
Cons: bed very soft (subjective), no tissue boxes in the room, no option to opt out of getting the room cleaned each day.
Lovely place to stay, staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Old English pub across the road was recomended for meals by motel reception and food was fabulous. Thank you Drovers.
The owner was so lovely, the rooms was nice and clean and well equipped rooms. Was nice having enough space to relax!
Unfortunately noisy other guests in the complex kept us up till 1am which made the stay disappointing, but not a reflection of the hotel or staff af all, just a long weekend full of people. I do look forward to staying again. 😌
