Starting mid-September and continuing into February 2025, the Aqua COA will be undergoing numerous important maintenance projects that will potentially impact our residences and their guests. These include structural repairs and re-painting portions of the western half of the building (stacks 06 through 11) and replacing the beach boardwalk. During this time, the western outdoor pool will be closed. The eastern indoor/outdoor pool and spa will remain open. You can either purchase and print them at home from the Aqua Parking website, or you can use the kiosk located across the Skybridge on the 3rd floor upon arrival. Please be aware there is a convenience fee when using the kiosk.***
