Mother Daughter trip.

We had a nice time. We’re not around here so when tropical/ hurricane came about we decided to leave for home. It was sad but our life is more important. We missed out 4 more days. The owner checked up with us when we got home and she is going to let us makeup our loss days. We appreciated her doing this even thou she didn’t half to. Very niece condo and Cynthia is very sweet.

Great family getaway

We had a very nice time. The condo is as described in the listing and VERY, VERY clean. Cynthia was very easy to communicate with from the time we started considering this condo, to booking it, and throughout our entire stay. I do think it’s important to mention that while the listing says no elevator wait, if you have anyone in your group that uses a wheelchair, like we did, then you will have to use multiple elevators to get around the building especially when parking isn’t available on the third floor. This wasn’t a huge deal, and we would stay here again, but I think it’s important to make note of this.

Baseball at the beach

Our stay was great the only complaint was it was very noisy at night and first thing in the morning. The room is close to bar and singing so that couldn't be helped. all in all, great. Thank You .

Beautiful Ocean Front

The condo was as described and the pictures are accurate. The condo was the perfect size for me and my wife. The bedroom was much larger than most one bedroom condos that we have rented over the years. Communication with Cynthia was easy, pleasant and she always quickly responded. We had a small plumbing issue our first day and Cynthia had the issue corrected right away. The view from the balcony, living room and kitchen is beautiful. We were thrilled that Cynthia had a bar high table and chairs on the balcony. It was very nice having beach chairs and umbrella provided not to mention the chairs were very comfortable. Thank you, Cynthia, for sharing your condo with us. We had a great, relaxing week in Panama City Beach.

Last Minute Getaway

My kids and I decided to take a last minute trip to the beach. We booked this condo and it was perfect! The location is amazing! Plus, there are so many delicious food options within walking distance! The included beach chairs were so nice to have each day! We absolutely loved our time here and definitely plan to rent again in the future! Cynthia was an incredible host! We had a small issue with the air unit and she had someone to us within minutes to have it fixed! Very impressed!

Amazing vacation

The condo was beautiful and clean and right on the beach. Didn’t have any trouble with elevators or navigating through the condo. Our host, Cynthia, was in communication with us the entire time and willing to help with anything or answer questions. The view from the condo was unbeatable. Great Location for the Wedding we were Attending

Owner was very nice and open to communicate. Let us check-in 2 hours early. Condo was clean and well decorated. We had a wedding to attend at Runaway Island and this condo provide us a place to stay within walking distance. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance that we took advantage of. Also really enjoyed the fact that Pier Park was less than a 10 minute drive. Thank you to Cynthia for so quickly addressing all our needs during our stay

This property is amazing! There is so much to do with kids 2 great pools, dive in movie, pizza, ice cream, and starbucks you really dont even have to leave the property. Cynthia was great with communicating check in and out process and where everything is located in the building. She also provides so much: beach towels, beach chair rental and extra chairs in the room! The room is beautifully decorated, clean, smells amazing, and the beds are so comfy. Our weekend getaway was perfect!!

MUST STAY

We have stayed several different places over the years and this place has far exceeded every place we’ve stayed before. Cynthia was wonderful with communication and even called before our arrival to give me some tips, tricks and preparation. Upon entry, I immediately noticed the details in decor. Everything was so put together and home-y. I was IN LOVE with the kitchen because I love to cook & cooking with that view was even better. Everything was fully stocked and very clean. The location was amazing. I don’t think it could have been any more convenient to be honest. Starbucks and a gift shop down stairs. Multiple ways to get to and from the beach, pool and parking garages so you don’t have to travel a long ways on feet to get to the other side. As far as places to go & eat- SO much was in walking distance, including a little mini mart convenience store for quick trips. There are also themed nights and activities for the kids at random. Cynthia sent me a couple of things going on that she was emailed while we were there to give us ideas on things we could do and eat. I highly recommend to book with Cynthia for your stay. You will not be disappointed!! We will be back in the future.
