Pool heated all year round and beach chairs available for use. This is all included for all bookings!

A few reminders before the details - Sorry but no groups with a primary renter under 30 years old (spring breakers, etc.). This home is best suited for families. This is a well kept home - no pets, no parties. The interior of the home is non smoking. Home is 5 bedroom/5 bathroom. Max adults is 10. Max total guests is 16 (exceptions for babies not counted in total person count). Check in is 4 pm and check out is 10 am. It is 3600 square feet including indoor/outdoor space.

Come relax w/enough space and for everyone, or spend time together in the common & outdoor spaces w/views and a private year round heated pool at no charge & can be set to your desired temp! There are 3 levels of living spaces with all the comforts of home!

BEACH: The beach is just a short 1 minute walk. The access can be seen from the decks and is one lot in distance directly behind back of house.

UPGRADES: Home continuously renovated and has "the MOST comfortable beds and pillows ever!" per guests, friends, and family.

BEDROOMS: Bedrooms have king pillowtop beds, and the completed enclosed loft aka 5th bedroom has two twin over full bunks with an additional full trundle and twin futon totaling to 10 beds. There is also a pack n’ play (just bring sheets if using), a high chair, and baby gates.

OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT: Pool is 15x20 (largest in this area installed right before code changes that have made newer pools smaller). Heated to 90+ degrees, or your desired temp, year round at no charge to you. New propane grill. All new decking with the most premium composite decking on the market for keeping bare feet cool, and a new under deck rain guard to keep you dry while sitting outside during those occasional showers. Pool deck freshly resurfaced.

INDOOR ENTERTAINMENT: There are six wall mounted SMART TV's with streaming capability AND Xfinity cable so you never miss a thing. Board games and books located under living room TV.

BATHROOMS: *Unique to this home-All bedrooms now have attached access to a FULL bathroom due to an actual room addition to the 5th bedroom in 2023. The other bathrooms have had updates in 2023. There are 4 full bathrooms, three of which are en suite bathrooms and one is a jack n' jill. There is also a half bath on the main floor near living areas.

WIFI/WORK MEETINGS: Four different wifi networks with Xfinity high speed internet to designate different networks for work meetings/videos without lag or interruption by streaming shows or video games. Multiple work spaces to choose from.

New large capacity washer and dryer, iron, hairdryers, box fans for white noise, and a completely stocked kitchen that includes a crock pot, Keurig, and drip coffee pot.

Entire interior freshly painted a breezy beachy white. All new lighting inside and out and decor freshly updated.

Home equipped with upgraded shower heads and a tankless heater on top of an extra large water heater to keep the water heated for large groups; all three of these upgrades to keep your showers as warm as possible.

All new linen, sheets, comforters, and towels for showering provided.

Guest access: The home has keyless entry allowing for late check-in without needing to pick up a key. We ask that you refrain from disrupting security cameras and pool equipment, and please never unplug the internet or any internet booster plugs - the cameras are hardwired and do not require internet, but the internet being unplugged will stop the door locks and pool heater from functioning.

The house manual has plenty of area recommendations, but please check hours and operations ahead of arrival. I hope you enjoy your stay!

Beautiful Home
The property was gorgeous in every way. Jenny was wonderful to work with and spoiled us with all of the amenities and welcome gifts. We vacationed with our extended family, ten people whose ages range from 75 to 8 years old. The house was very accommodating, we cooked many meals in the large kitchen, we sat comfortably on the gigantic couch and enjoyed a nightly dip in the backyard pool. Thank you!

Perfect location
This home was absolutely perfect. We had a total of 13 and everyone was very comfortable staying here. More than enough room for our group. The walk to the beach was just a few minutes and the beach wasn’t overly crowded. One of the reason we stay on this end of Panama. We would definitely stay here again. The hosts were perfect too, they made sure that we were taken care of.

Perfect Getaway!
Absolutely the most equipped house we've ever stayed in! Jenny has thought of everything, and has it organized so well. There was 16 of us in all 8 adults and 8 kids, we had plenty of space and the beds were super comfortable. It was an easy 2 minute walk to the beach, and we loved having the garage to store all of our beach supplies so we didn't have to drag it all in the house. Pool was perfect for the evenings to just let the kids play, and adults relax.

Spring Break Vacation 2024
This property was amazing and so was the owner. Upon our arrival, we had a welcoming bag. Jenny thought of everything and if you have a question about anything, she will respond quickly. All the bedrooms had access to a bathroom (One jack and Jill downstairs) and all comfy king beds. The kids room was awesome, not just because of the bunk beds but there was a video game, wall ring toss, wall connect four and a chalk/magnet board. It was a short walk to the beach and chairs and umbrellas were in the garage along with body boards for the kids. The pool was kept exceptionally warm which was wonderful for this time of year as the ocean is still pretty cold. We had a wonderful family vacation and would highly recommend this rental. Thank you so much Jenny!!

Wonderful property!
We travelled with our “framily” - all together we have 7 kids ranging in ages 4-14. 11 of us stayed very comfortably, plenty of space! The house has all the perks you need and the hostess is wonderful. She provided a little goody bag with mini sized essentials like dish detergent, dishwasher pod, hydrating water packets, basic medicine, and even popsicles were in the freezer for the kids! We had a very minor repair to take care of the first day and when we let the host know, she immediately took care of it and refunded a little bit of our money for the trouble. That was unexpected but so thoughtful! The location can’t be beat. It’s towards the end of the island not near all of big condos so the beaches aren’t crowded, even in peak season! You literally walk around the corner and you’re at a public beach access point, 2 minutes walk, maybe 4 with beach gear and young kids in tow. It was great to use the pool as well, the kids loved it when we didn’t want to go to the beach again. It felt like bath water in late July but the kids didn’t care, lol. The beds were all very comfortable and the a/c works GREAT. She also has box fans in every room which was amazing, because all of our crew uses a fan in the bedroom. Kitchen is fully stocked, no issues cooking several meals. Highly HIGHLY recommend this home! If we come back in a large group to PCB, we’ll rent this place again in a heartbeat.

Nice property that was kept up. Not far from beach access. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings drinking coffee. The pool was a nice size and we all took advantage of it since it was too hot some days for the beach and not to mention the red flags. Whoever cleans the place did a really nice job and the beds were comfy. Nice location and easy to park. So glad i found this place!

This house is perfect from the minute you walk in you will be delighted with all the details in every room. New appliances and everything you can think of is in the house. Beautiful inside and outside. The pool area was a big hit with our 4 grandkids. Also the beach is just steps away. This beach is fantastic and not overly crowded like some. Pictures are exactly what this house is and Jenny is very easy to work with responds very quickly! Fantastic place!

Wonderful vacation!
House was as described and beautifully decorated. We cooked several meals and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils.The renovations which included a shower in the upstairs bunk room was a big plus! The pool area was a great place for the kids to hang out(with supervision of course) and play while others were getting showers. The location was great and close to restaurants and grocery stores. 2 minute walk to beach with tents and wagons was great. More of a residential area so the beach was not crowded at all. Jenny was great and quick to respond with any questions we had. She even had a full sized ironing board delivered to the house so we could press dresses for beach pics! Thank you Jenny for a wonderful family vacation and lots of memories made!

The "Littles" Delight
We are a family of 11, three of those being 5 yr old triplet girls. The girls learned how to swim, go under water while retrieving plastic fish & snorkel in the pool -- this was their main enjoyment after a day of boogie boarding & building sand castles. The adults loved how close we were to the beach, shops, restaurants & St. Andrew's Park where we took full advantage to do some snorkeling of our own. Everyone had their own space when needed & the community areas supplied plenty of room for sharing over meals. The stairs most definitely aid with any missed workouts while on vacation; however, my 79 yr old mama climbed them just fine. We "all" enjoyed our stay but the triplets cried for just 5 more days-- aah beach life☺️ ⛱️.

Amazing location!
This was a big trip for our family and we had a wonderful stay in this amazing home. There was plenty of space for everyone even when we cooked a couple dinners in the house. Our grandson’s (3 & 6) really enjoyed the pool. Although the adults did enjoy it in the evenings after the littles were put to bed. The location could not have been better. We have had longer walks to the beach while staying in large developments right on the beach. The beaches are amazing as always but this beach was perfect. It wasn’t crowded and we had plenty of space to spread out our large group. Jenny was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I highly recommend staying in this beautiful beach home.

This was a great place for our family from 4 different states to meet for a few days. We loved the pool and spent a lot of time outside on the patio. Owners were great with communicating and responded promptly to our questions/concerns. The pamphlets provided gave us a few ideas of things to do in the area (WW1 Museum was enjoyed by some) but would’ve liked some restaurant suggestions as well.

We were on a 1 week family vacation with friends and family. The house was clean, updated, very comfortable and convenient to the beach. The layout was perfect to accommodate multiple families with several children. The pool provided great entertainment for all and was a perfect way to keep the kids busy while not at the beach. Location is perfect; short walk to the beach, away from the heavy traffic of PCB, but close enough to easily drive to any location. This area of the beach is very low traffic due to no high rises. Owner was very accommodating and attentive to our needs. The only issue we experienced during the week was an inoperable dryer which they had replaced in less than 24 hours! Will definitely re-book and recommend to all!

We loved everything about this house! Very spacious, well stocked, great location, and best beach area we’ve ever had. Not crowded at all!!!! I was pleasantly surprised that the bedding had been updated from the photos! Highly recommend this property!
