Best Time Ever!

From beginning to end our stay was amazing! Customer service: the folks at Book that Condo were available and helpful before and during our stay, checking in several times during our time there. Accommodations/Condo: Condo was clean and super spacious and the view was gorgeous. The balcony was a treat, with plenty of room and a view that can't be beat! Location: Perfect for beach access, all entertainment, and many dining options. Can't wait to return!

Great view! Pools are great! Location is on point! The appliances were outdated. The dryer didnā€™t work which we were notified beforehand. The floors were beyond filthy. They left our feet black. Overall it was a nice stay. Just needs some TLC.

Emerald Beach Condo 636

Floors were dirty, including foot prints in the bathroom, washer did not work, customer service manager was very rude. I was not notified at the time of check in that the washer did not work. The air conditioner did not go below 74 degrees. The toilets did not flush completely. The stove, refrigerator and outdoor furniture were rusted. Also, the whisk was rusted. Wear safety goggles when using the garbage disposal, it spits at you. Be prepared to spend half of vacation waiting on elevators. There was one working. Be prepared to take the stairs. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint. Very disappointed in condo.

Itā€™s a great property, beautiful. Enjoyed the pool very much, however didnā€™t enjoy the beaches closed by. We drove 30 min to a better nicer beach. The only down to this wonderful property was with the checkout being at 10, we had to wash ALL cover and sheets which made us Get up at 4am to get that done. Didnā€™t make us feel like a vacation much.

We loved our stay at #636. The condo was very clean and had everything you need in order to have an enjoyable vacation. The closet with the beach floats was a plus. If I had one complaint it would be the lack of elevators available for use. Over all we loved our stay! Would stay again!

Condo building was under construction to be upgraded. This really didnā€™t slow us down at all. Once the upgrades are completed this will be a nice place to stay.

Everything was great except for the parameter on the AC unit. At night after being on the beach all dayā€¦.it was difficult to sleep well. This was unit 636. We had to buy fans just to be able to cool off. We asked for the owner to be contacted but never heard of they were or not. Will not stay in this unit again but the Emerald is one of the best places by far.

First time in Panama City

This was our first trip to PCB and we relied on online photos and reviews. Everything was easily accessible and the resort is very nice. We enjoyed our view from the 6th floor and had no issues with elevator timing or parking.

The location of the room was great! Check in was so easy. The hospitality was very helpful for our team. It was not clean at all. The floor left our feet or socks black when we walked in. Cigarette butts were on the balcony. Top bunk was extremely dirty with hair balls, sand, and dirty sheets. Dirty towels were left hanging behind the door. I cleaned the condo before we could take a bath or sleep. I washed all the sheets. I bought a mop and cleaner to clean the floors. The mop in the condo was black on the bottom. That proved why the floor was black. I do wish the AC went below 70 for nighttime. Iā€™m sure the condo would have been perfect if the cleaning were better.

Not my Favorite Stay

Out of the blue a member of the staff called in advance to threaten me about signing a document they require in addition to the VRBO terms. I've never been spoken to like that by a hospitality worker. It reminded me of bill collectors who would call when I was young. Staff I spoke with later was kind, but the first person ruined the tone for me. As for the unit, I spent a half hour documenting damage and I stopped before I captured everything. The unit is just worn. Surfaces and furniture are warn, stained, marked and scuffed. The unit did have all of the supplies we needed and had a gorgeous view. The building is right on the sand and next door to a fun resturant. Overall, the stay was fine but nothing special.

Loved this condo! Book that condo was professional and helpful throughout the whole booking process. View was beautiful. Some reviews had complaints about elevators which can get busy at times,but not too bad. We only waited a few times during the busy hours. I would definitely refer this condo to friends and family!

Nice stay some hiccups

Stay was nice, not enough towels, very noisy during bike week. Room is nice, however resort the condo was in is tough to navigate. They also randomly painted the door while we were staying and we got paint on clothes and all they did was say ā€œits updatesā€ no apology or nothing. Just complicated. Lots of toys left behind by other guest which is helpful.

COVID-19 Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation. It was very easy to pick up our welcome packet and check in. Loved the condo and our view. Clean, comfortable, and relaxing. We enjoyed fireworks from our balcony every night and my kids loved getting a snow cone everyday by the pool. It was nice having the three different pool areas to choose from if we felt one was too crowded. Over all very enjoyable and much needed break from the craziness of this year.
