Our beachfront condominium is like no other at Emerald Isle. We have taken great care in creating the kind of vacation residence that will excite you from the moment you walk through the front door. We’ve made sure our place has everything you’ll need to enjoy your stay. You’ll find that our condo is not only spacious and well maintained but we continue to add special touches that make it the perfect environment for a wonderful and relaxing vacation experience. It’s home, but better. After all, it’s located on the world’s most beautiful beach. This wonderful spot offers you breathtaking views of the Gulf through the sliding glass doors that open to an expansive balcony. No matter how beautiful we’ve made the inside we find ourselves spending lots of time here because of the spectacular views of the emerald water. Whenever we come down, we bring along binoculars to enjoy the dolphins, devil rays, turtles, plus various sea life while having our morning coffee. Make sure you take time like we do to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets that are the perfect end to an exciting day or the beginning of an enchanting evening. This comfortable balcony is just the beginning of what we think makes our vacation home away from home pretty special. We’ve added beach service to your rental, so you’ll get two chairs and an umbrella included in your rental from March 1st through October 31st. We also have an assigned parking spot on the 3rd floor of the parking deck under the building, so you don’t have to park in the lot across the street. Our top floor unit has been newly renovated to a coastal design in 2022.

Emerald Isle Resort stands 23 stories tall with 199 fully furnished two bedroom/two bath units all with vast private balconies and overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. This luxury condominium sits on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach.

Great location for quiet vacation

This is our second time staying with them. Property is at great location and love the view from their Balcony. You have everything you need in the condo and the building is very well maintained too. Just few things that could improve:1. Thorough deep cleaning of place including upholstery cleaning. Under the beds, Sofa and pillows need cleaning or replacement. 2. Better access to gym.3. Some beach chairs to use

Fantastic place to stay

You can't ask for a better place to stay than Emerald Isle. The property is wonderful and kept up very well. The condo is just like the pictures. Check in is super easy and they even had our condo available early. We had a slight issue with the AC after a storm and were taken care of the next day. We love staying here and will continue to come!

Great spot in PCB for the beach, slightly away from the crowds but close enough to be part of the activity. Spacious, comfortable, well- supplied, and clean. The balcony was a highlight. Easy access to the beach and pool and quick, simple process for check in and out.

The view from the balcony was amazing. The condo was clean and well stocked. However the curtains in the master bedroom had a musty smell. There is no dresser in the master bedroom. There is a closet with shelves that worked great until we were packing up to leave and realized some of our clothing had an oily residue all over each piece that was touching the shelves. Whoever cleaned the place used an oil based furniture polish on the shelves that are clearly intended for clothing. I messaged the owner and got no reply. I contacted the rental company and they say they aren't responsible. It would be nice if someone took some accountability for running our clothing. I mean i guess i need to inspect every closet and shelves in every rwntal i stay in from now on. Other than that and the lack of comforters on the beds. There was a top sheet and a fleece blanket then another top sheet on top.

Amazing space, amazing view!

The property was just as described and very clean. The shower curtain in the master bath was mildewed and that was minor compared to our overall stay. The rooms and view was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our entire stay and didn’t want to leave. Would definitely stay again!!!

The perfect beach get-away! Emerald Isle was right on the beach with excellent beach service, pool amenities and gorgeous views! A short drive to shopping and restaurants. We all enjoyed are Panama City Beach stay so much it was hard to return to real life!

Breathtaking views

If I could rate it higher I would! The condo was better than the description and the cleanest one I’ve ever stayed in. The views were amazing from the oversized balcony, we watched the sunset and dolphins play everyday. The condo was in a great location on the quieter side of the beach yet close enough to shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. We most definitely will stay here again. Everything was perfect.

Right on the beach

We enjoyed out stay. The unit was pretty clean except there being mold on the shower curtain and sand all over the floor. The views from the balcony are unforgettable. There is quick access to the beach and its close to many restaurants. We stayed on the 23 floor. There was a broken elevator but 3 other working ones. Theres a hot tub and two pools. We received a ticket warning on our car between the time of parking and getting up to the unit to get the parking pass so make sure to do that first before unloading your luggage. The host chat was responsive and they supplied many towels. I wish we would have had an extra roll of toilet paper. Everything was pretty good and I’d come back if they change the shower curtain.

The keypad code didn’t work when we tried to check in. Maintenance had to put new batteries in it which took a few hours since they weren’t on site. As a result, we missed our anniversary dinner reservations. The dishwasher didn’t work, there weren’t enough blankets for a very cold week in Florida and there was not a Keruig coffee maker, no salt and pepper, etc. The condo was nice, but poorly stocked with basic necessities as other condos we’ve rented.

The condo was exactly as described , and the views were better . Our family had a wonderful time here relaxing watching beautiful sunsets and sunrises . The condo was very clean , and came with everything thing we needed to get settled for a week . The Kitchen is fully stocked , with all pots and pans needed for preparing proper meals and eating at home . Highly recommended !!.
