This condo has been completely remodeled from top to bottom, front to back! Amazing views of the Gulf from the Kitchen, Living Room, and back patio! This property is a beach lovers dream! Ramsgate 2 sleeps 2. 1 Queen size bed. Saturday to Saturday rental.

This property is just east of Seagrove Beach and west of Camp Creek, "in the middle of it all" that Scenic 30A has to offer! Of course the beautiful beaches are the top attraction, but Seagrove is also home to 2 coastal dune lakes (Eastern Lake and Deer Lake) that are perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding, and eco-sploring. Just like the rest of 30A, Seagrove is also home to many locally owned restaurants showcasing the local catch, boutique and specialty shopping venues, several golf courses are nearby, and the convenience of a full service Publix (grocery) store is tucked away behind the lush greenery the community has to offer.

If all the above is not enough, then Destin, that is known as "the worlds luckiest fishing village" is just about 20 miles to the west.

Great location. Clean with all necessities!

We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful beach front property which was not crowded at all since it had private beach access and no large properties close to it. The only negative was having to go down 3 flights of steps to get to the beach which was not a big deal for us but may be for some. The view from our bottom floor room was beautiful.

This 1st floor unit has super easy access to beach, great bedding and shower. Property mgmt/host very responsive and made checkin process easy. Kitchen well stocked (utensils and pans need to be replaced). Would reserve again and recommend.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Ramsgate 2 was absolutely perfect! We could walk out of the back door and right down to the beach. Close to tons of great restaurants! I don't think I'll ever want to stay anywhere else now. The beach wasn't overcrowded like my experience in other locations. This spot was just the right size for us!

Perfect for couple

My husband and I spent weekend get away for our anniversary here. It was absolutely perfect for the two of us. Only steps from beach. Publix right around the corner! We definitely will be back. Only thing I wish they would have had was extra blanket and wash clothes.

Awesome place right at the beach!

We really enjoyed our getaway at Ramsgate. Great location, steps from the beach, and perfectly situated between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. We had a couple of minor issues that were addressed immediately by the maintenance team. The only minor issue is that the bed is super soft... some people don't like that.

35th wedding anniversary trip

From the minute we walked in to begin our vacation to the minute we closed the door to leave our experience was perfect. The place was nicely decorated and had every item that we needed. The bed was shockingly comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and had lots of storage and countertop space. The kitchen was open and airy and looked out onto the beach! The location is the BEST and Harmony House (management company) responded immediately with answers to my questions. We will be back next year for sure.

Location, location, location!

Beautiful, quiet condo. Beautifully furnished and stocked! Beach never crowded, water 86 degrees and clear as a bell. Property management company excellent! Located right between Panama City and Grayson beach for great restaurants! Barrett Square is quaint town. We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation!

Lovely place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very clean and well decorated. Little surprises like coffee, beach towels, laundry, and dish detergent provided. Open the sliding doors and hear the beach and then just steps down to the water!

Ok, but could have been better.

I’ve stayed in nicer and I’ve stayed in worse. We don’t like fighting traffic and waiting times at restaurants so we always cook. The utensils and cooking supplies were limited but I managed. The bed and furniture have seen their better days. They bed was so worn that our heads were theee inches lower than our feet. And the headboard was attached to nothing. The shower splashes outside of the enclosure and no bath mat was provided.

Honest review

This condo was very clean, bed was very comfortable, and the perfect location but there were some issues. First there was the issue of hot water, or lack there of. If you can take a shower in under 2 minutes, congratulations, you will have hot water. If not then you are out of luck. We had to turn the water on briefly and then turn it off to shampoo our hair. Then turn it back on to wash it out. Not really the kind of shower you want after spending the day at the beach. I told the property manager who said they would get a plumber out there. No one came while we were there so hopefully this will get fixed. This issue definitely put a damper on our stay. Second, the pans in the kitchen need to be replaced. Bring your own pans if you plan on cooking. This condo is in the perfect location but unless they get the hot water fixed it isn’t worth the money.

It was a perfect location. So nice to be right on the beach and have the room tight there.

We had a couple issues with the room but the property management took care of them. The location was perfect!
