Short but sweet

This condo was perfect! More than enough space for 4 adults. Love the balcony and the bay window in master bedroom. Super clean and very well stocked with dishes, cups and other cooking utensils. It has a brand new dishwasher now too. (a new was installed while we were there) I thought being on the 17th floor would be scary, but it was so peaceful watching the ocean from the balcony. Unfortunately Hurricane Helene cut our visit short, wished we could have enjoyed it longer. We would definately stay there again.

Beautiful property!

Was an amazing stay. The condo had everything we needed for a week to stay. Was super clean besides sand, but that’s normal! My only advice would be to bring your own big pans that are nonstick. I had some trouble with cooking and things sticking to the pan. Other than that, it was perfect!

Great place!!!!

I would like to say that the owner and the host are absolutely wonderful! From the decor to the location, everything was absolutely superb. Cleanliness was very high. The pool is very relaxing. Location is close to most of everything. Beach access is easily obtainable. And the views are top notch!!!! Highly recommend this unit and the company. See You At The Beach is by far the easiest company I’ve dealt with. Cannot say enough about them!!! Thank you all so much!

The bathroom towel rod fell off the wall the 1st day, The trim around the tile in the master bedroom was coming up causing a trip hazzard. The drawer next to the stove in the kitchen was broken. Overall our stay was great and I would definitely rent this unit again. It just needs small things fixed.

The room was perfect for the family. Two bedrooms and bunks made for plenty of space. Kitchen had enough to cook meals. Large fridge. Beach chairs were in room which was nice.

Amazing & clean

Room was perfect, very clean, everything you could possibly think of was included in the kitchen. The view was amazing and the room was very well kept. The only things that need some work is the guest bedroom's queen mattress. It sagged so much that you had to sleep in the middle to keep from rolling off of the edges. The mattress definitely needs replacing but other than that this room was in top condition! I still gave 5 stars because other reviews say the beds were fine so it may be a new issue.

Great Location

The views of the Gulf were awesome! We lved sitting on the balcony and taking it all in. There was everything that you needed in the kitchen. Place was perfect for our family of 5. We really enjoyed our stay there!

Nice resort

Very clean resort, elevator setup is a little weird especially if you have a lot of luggage. Your better off to unload at the lobby than the parking garage. Overall very happy with our accommodations.

We loved this place. Beautifully decorated. Very clean. Spacious. Gorgeous view from the master bedroom. Comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen...even had a crockpot! Owner responded super fast on any questions we had. Tip: Even though you'll want to stay until the last minute before checkout time, don't! When everyone checks out at 10:00, the wait for an elevator is very long! We learned that the hard way! LOL!

Spring Break 2021

Spent most of the first week of April at Emerald Beach. It was our second time at the property, and we had a great time. The room was really nice. Two bedrooms and bunks worked well for us. The view and beach were amazing as usual. One of the reasons we like Emerald Beach so much is its location. We like the walk down to the pier and Pier Park. It is a little long, but we wouldn't need to be any closer. Really enjoyed getting the beach chairs and umbrella for the week. Nice to have a spot locked in. We are looking forward to going back to this property again in the future.
