The 2023 remodel brings the colors of the Gulf to your spacious 1 bedroom 2 bath Aqua Condominium where you can enjoy Sweeping Gulf views from your large balcony. Both the living room and master bedroom bring beautiful ocean views with large full-length windows. The living spaces connect you to the magic of the Gulf, which include a fully equipped kitchen with new deluxe stainless-steel appliances and Keurig coffee maker. A luxurious primary suite features an en suite bathroom with a new large walk-in glass enclosed shower, a double vanity and generous shelving and storage.

Relax in the redesigned bunkroom that includes an upgraded queen size bed and flat screen TV. Wonderful condo for two couples or families. Up to six can share your deluxe condo utilizing the new pull out sofa bed with a gel foam mattress. A separate elevator for the first 3 floors allows quick access to your unit. Starting September 2024 through March 2025, the Aqua COA will begin balcony resurfacing of all rental units ending in 06 through 11. Currently, this condo’s estimated schedule for balcony resurfacing is in the middle of October. During this time, you may not have access to your balcony and most window views may be obstructed. Throughout September 2024 through March 2025, the western outdoor pool will be closed. The eastern indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub will remain open. Good location but older building in need of updates.
Pool bottom looked dirty. Decent beach chairs included with our rental but they are way too close to each other and no cup holders. Hard to walk through first row of chairs to get to ocean. No tents in front of chairs rule is not enforced so you never have a good view of ocean. There’s a parking pass kiosk but it would never print our pass. Good location to pier park.

Excellent condo missing a few little things
This unit is a beautifully decorated, clean condo on the 2nd floor of Aqua. We enjoyed not having to wait on the main elevators as the building has a separate elevator for the 1-3rd floors. This unit was extremely clean; it has the cleanest floors we've ever seen as our socks were never black from the floors during the trip. The furniture was comfortable as were the beds, and the unit was decorated very tastefully. The balcony had perfectly adequate furniture as well. The condo management staff was very responsive and got us checked in prior to our official check in time of 5 PM. We had no issues related to them other than the security codes changing for the garage/pool entrance at the end of the week, which necessitated a call to the condo security service. I feel this could've and should've been communicated preemptively by the condo management firm. I wish I could give this condo a 4.5 star rating; its only deficiency is it was missing a few key items that we have always seen in every other unit we've ever rented. We could not find any dish towels in the kitchen or any dish soap. There was no hand soap in the kitchen at all and only some bars in the bathrooms. Other than that it was stocked well with dishes and other items. This is a great unit that we will definitely look at renting again. It has beautiful views, is very clean and smartly decorated and has (almost) everything you need!
